Our room was on the second floor. The steps were terrible. At 82 we cant do them like we use to. Asked for a room on the 1st floor but they didn't have one. Bed was very uncomfortable. It was very close to stores.

The location is excellent—right off Route 1, close to Hampton Beach, and with plenty of restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with all the basics you need for a short stay. That said, while the inn is well-kept overall, some of the décor and furnishings are a bit dated, and the property could benefit from a few updates. Still, for the price and location, it’s hard to beat.
