This stay was wonderful! The place was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. The only real complaint I have is that the listing wasn’t clear that this property is 100% upstairs, and they aren’t easy stairs. I didn’t discern this from the listing. I had 2 people with physical disabilities (a teen with arm crutches and an elderly gentleman) with me and we made it work, but it would have been good to know ahead of time so we could’ve planned better. And FYI the parking space available is TIGHT. We fit our pick up truck, but only with major skill. And the nearest lot was at the end of the street. Otherwise the apartment was lovely and met all our family needs.

We stayed here with family and friends for the 2025 Seafood Festival, and the location was perfect! It was close to The Goat, Wally’s, L Street, and just a short walk to the beach and all the festivities. The accommodations were comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. We especially loved relaxing on the deck with our morning coffee or an evening cocktail.A couple of small suggestions: it would be great to have some extra blankets for the beds and the sofa couch, as it got a bit chilly. Also, having garbage bags and basic cleaning supplies available would be helpful—we like to tidy up before we leave and make sure the place is spotless.Other than that, everything was great. The neighbors were fun and friendly, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Our host was so kind and responsive to all of my questions! This property is in the best location one block from the beach/ center of all the attractions! The apartment itself is beautiful and super cute. When we weren’t walking the beach we were relaxing on the huge deck enjoying the view . Amazing stay 5 stars all around !
