Nuevo puerto de Inglaterra ver puestas de sol! Esta casa está amueblada y decorada con sofá de cuero, TV de pantalla grande con sonido surround y altavoces estéreo en toda la casa, accesorios de playa, pisos de arce y bancos wainscot. Amplia terraza con parrilla de gas y la parte superior de la línea Thermo Spa jacuzzi! Abrir piso diseño de plan catedral techo de la sala de estar con ventanas con vistas al puerto!

Capacidad para 8 personas con 4 dormitorios y 2 baños, esta casa es perfecta para una escapada a la playa la semana. 1 dormitorio con baño privado. la planta baja dispone de 3 dormitorios con un baño y lavadero. También hay una ducha exterior cerrado para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa (podría incluso ducharse allí si es necesario).

Los días de verano que disfrutará de un corto paseo de la playa. Una cocina abundantemente equipado con mesa de cristal y barra de desayuno asientos acomodará 9 personas y terminar un día de playa perfecto.

Preferimos hacer alquileres semanales, pero estamos dispuestos a alquilar noches entre semana / fin de semana último minuto. Requerimos un fin de semana de 2 noches y 3 noches como mínimo los días de semana, pero estamos dispuestos a bajar las tasas de si debe permanecer más noches. We really enjoyed our stay! The living areas were very roomy and comfortable and the bedrooms were as well. Everything was very clean and Leeanne was a super host- helpful and accommodating. The windows provide nice views and a lot of light. The beautiful beach is a short walk from the house.

We were 8 adults staying in the winter for a long weekend. There was plenty of room, beds were comfortable, clean, owner very nice, great view of sunset and short walk to beach. TV's in each room. Had a wonderful time! Cant wait for next year!

Wonderful accommodations with amazing views!

My family enjoyed our week in this clean and efficient beach house tremendously! The open floor plan on the main floor was perfect for us to gather. The harbor views and sunsets were amazing! Our host was extremely accommodating and was there to greet us and show us around. The house is a quick walk to the beach and close to all beach attractions! We're coming back!!

Excellent time!

The house is exactly as described and in a location that was easy enough to walk to where we wanted to go! Leanne made check in/check out a breeze and was very pleasant to deal with! We had such a great time even though it rained for a full day we were there. The size of the house made it easy enough for us all to play games and just enjoy being there even during the rain! The hot tub was a great addition. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

This is our second year staying here. It's perfect for the 9 of us that travel together. My sister in law rents the 2 bedroom on the other side so all 13 of us can travel together!!! Very clean and modern! Kids love the hot tub! Beautiful view of the harbor and a 5 min walk to Seabrook Beach! The outdoor showers are a wonderful thing with sandy kids and feet!!! This will be our go to place to stay!

Perfect!!

Leeanne and her boyfriend are very nice! The location of her house is perfect! Across from the bay and a 5 min walk to Seabrook Beach. We had plenty of parking for 2 full sized double cab trucks. The outside shower was great for rinsing of our little beach goers! All of the kids games/activities was an added bonus. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We can't wait for our vacation next year!!!

Great house with amazing sunsets

The house is very nice and up to date. The upstairs is open concept and the side facing the water has large windows with great views. The house is very comfortable and the home owner is very easy to work with. The house comes with everything you need to just show up and relax and enjoy yourself. The house is located in an easy to get to spot and actuall has decent parking. Large outdoor deck with a grill and hottub over looking the water. There is a small beach accross the street within easy walking distance. Will definitely be renting the house again.

Fabulous home with extraordinary harbor views

The property was as pictured in the photos. The owner was totally gracious and helpful with any questions or concerns. Upon seeing the home, our grandchildren exclaimed "Can we live here?" The really close beach access was a wonderful surprise. Seabrook Beach is outstanding...just a short walk down the street. When here you are only 6 miles from quaint and exciting Newburyport and a bit further to historic Portsmouth, and 25 miles from Kennebunk, ME. You could not ask for more. We are planning to return next year for another wonderful week. Thanks, Leeanne!

Decent “duplex” linens NOT provided. Weird!

This property is a Duplex, not a stand alone home. Walls were very very thin, you could hear the tenants (or owner?) in the other unit using the restroom. Gross. Plus the listing said linens provided but buried in the listing description it stated linens were extra. I should have read more closely but who in the world would charge for linens?!?! We flew in, we couldn’t bring linens. Then we were charged $100 for linens!!!! AND had to launder them and sweep/vacuum the house upon departure. That wasn’t a big deal but found it a bit strange that we were asked to thoroughly clean the home. In all the duplex fit our needs but was a bit pricey given the things mentioned above.

Best place ever

This was the perfect place for us. Had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely recommend taking a shower in the outdoor shower lol. Will definitely come back

Wonderful time at the beach

This lovely home was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, spacious, in great repair, featured views of the harbor and was just a short walk to an uncrowded beach. If you like to cook, you are near fresh seafood and produce, and the kitchen and grill are chef-ready. There was ample parking, and easy access by car. Leeanne was gracious and hospitable, and we hope to return next year with more of the family.

Leeanne was very helpful and accommodating to us. She showed us where everything was, and gave us extra floats and coolers and chairs. The house is in the perfect area with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaraunts and a beautiful view. Thank you again!

unfair withholding of security deposit

We had a great stay but were shocked that the owner withheld a large portion of our security deposit saying that we had not cleaned (although we had). She said she had a video evidence, but refused to share it, which I think means it was actually clean. If you rent this property you should figure into the cost a loss of your security deposit.
