Can't beat the location. Close enough to the main drag that you can walk there in 10 minutes but not so close enough that it bothers you all night long. Across the street from the beach with parking for 1 vehicle (parking seems to come at a premium in Hampton). Room was decent, beds had completely different mattress styles (one was pretty hard and the other was much softer). The shower in our room needs major attention, lots of mildew on the shower curtain which is a super easy fix. It needs to be cleaned and re-caulked. Kitchenette is useful if you're going to stay for any length of time, we were only on an overnight. Mini split AC in the room kept the temp good even though it was really hot out. Overall, would come back again.

Great location for beach access and easy parking. The staff were attentive, accessible and gave us a sense of real hospitality. The room was adorable and perfectly clean. The coffee maker in the room and tiny kitchenette were a big plus.

Ocean view right from our room and the staff was fantastic. Stayed to run a 5k and they were super sweet asking about the race and if we were a few minutes late at checkout it would be no problem. Definitely will stay there again and recommend it to others.
