I have stayed here for the past 3 years. Love the location and the oceanfront rooms with private balcony. kitchenette is definitely a plus. Great parking options. Reasonably priced.

Only real thing was when I originally booked there was no indication that the room was one of the VERY FEW that does not have a balcony nor view. It was ok, because we spent all day out. But was surprised that the room was actually downstairs, more or less in the basement. Staff was super nice and helpful though. Location is good, close to the less crowded end of the beach yet still within easy walking to everything. Felt safe despite the odd downstairs hallway. Would stay again, just be sure to look closer about room location in the building.

I'd stay again!

Great place away from the main strip. Nice staff. Room was clean, with a fridge and stove. Coffee maker! Bed was soft. I couldn't sleep on it. Some people love that comfort level, i guess. Great parking just across the road was awesome too.

Beautiful Sea views! Was far enough away from the Hampton Brach nightlife so quiet and restorative. Rooms clean and well taken care of. TV could be a little bigger. Beds were very comfortable!

I really liked the view of ocean from patio - and easy access to the beach. It was a little loud right by the road and a little loud with people in building staying up late and talking outside.

Quick enjoyable stay

One night stay for my wife and I. Simple and easy enough and the room served its purpose. Check in was easy. Parking is in the median across the south bound road. Room was small but cute. Queen bed was comfortable. Location is across the street from northern part of main beach. We used to never go there due to Jo bathrooms…but with a hotel room across the street, that is taken care of. This part of the beach is much quieter and more family oriented. Overall, for a one or two night stay, the standard queen room is sufficient.

Not worth it.

My husband and i came here for a work event /friend trip. We had another couple stay with us in the same room. It was not at all what we were expecting. The bathroom was so tiny we had to keep the door open so we didnt feel so closed in. When we did shut the door it would get stuck. The vent in the bathroom did not work so everything got steam in there.the water had two options ice cold or burn your skin off. The floors were sticky so had to wear some type of shoe or socks in the room. There was no screen on the sliding door so you really couldnt have the door open to enjoy the ocean breeze. Parking was a whole disaster! Won't even get into that. I would stay at hampton beach again but i would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Absolutely not worth $700 to stay there

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time at the Breakers hotel. The room was super clean and convenient to the beach. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and gave us some great advice on what to eat locally. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. I’m very happy that they have a refrigerator there and a microwave oven. I think this is the cleanest hotel. I’ve stayed at when I’ve been to the Hampton Beach.

I always come back to this motel because of how friendly everyone is. The owner at check in, the other front desk staff and housekeepers are all super helpful and kind. my mother forgot a fee things in the room - they bagged them up and called us right away to let us know. It’s also clean and in the perfect location. The bathroom is tiny, but not that big of a deal. I’ll keep coming back to this little gem!
