The apartment is located about 200 meters from the beach and the delightful Magazzini harbor, which is conveniently right across the bay from picturesque Portoferraio. This apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a twin sofa bed, a complete bathroom with shower. We provide ferry boat discount for our guests! In front of the apartment these is a private area with dining table and sunchairs.

All of this is surrounded by a beautiful garden shared only with other villa apartment guests.

AREA DESCRIPTION: From the apartment you can easily walk to the beach where you can find a modern marina and a beachfront restaurant that offers delicious appetizers which you can eat while enjoying a breathtaking view of Portoferraio's bay! For sports lovers there is a great deal of sailing and surfing. There are also boats available to rent.

You may also arrange to go scuba diving in the beautiful depths of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Nearby there are also golf and tennis courts. Our guests have access to all of the garden furnished with deck chairs, tables, an umbrella, sun loungers and a barbecue. The bus stop is located right on the corner of the main street but for those landing at Marina di Campo Airport we can arrange, on request a few days in advance, a taxi or car to rent.

Schöne Wohnanlage mit viel Umschwung und grosszügigen Parkplätze.

wohnung sehr herzig eingerichtet, aber leider für 4 erwachsene personen wie beschrieben nicht geeignet. verwalterin und inhaberin haben aber sehr schnell auf unsere gewünschte forderung reagiert. für 2 max. 3 personen ideal und zu empfehlen. leider ist das nahe gelegene meer nicht für strandurlaub geeignet und mann muss mit dem auto an einen der vielen schönen stränden fahren.

Una bella vacanza!!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane in agosto a villa giolu' . La casa è piccola ed elegante, pulitissima e molto accogliente . Un grande giardino condominiale molto curato chiuso da un cancello circonda la proprietà. Una parte del giardino, davanti alle nostre finestre è riservata all' appartamento . È ideale per due persone , siamo stati fortunati perché i vicini erano molto silenziosi. Abbiamo trovato lo sportello della celletta freezer rotta e a volte non visibili alcuni canali TV ma l'aria condizionata è stata utile. A circa 200 metri c'è la spiaggia di magazzini. Supermercato e farmacia a un chilometro e con l'auto si raggiunge in poco tempo ogni parte dell'isola. Chiara e Simona sono state gentilissime e ci hanno assistito per ogni nostra richiesta. Ci piacerebbe tornare anche nelle prossime estati perché siamo stati veramente bene.

ottimo alloggio abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni con la mia famiglia posizione centrale per poter raggiungere tutta l'isola sia il lato di rio marina che il lato di marciana , procchio, rio nell'elba, fetovaia, cavoli . l'appartamento e ben arredato e comprende anche una cucina con forno come a casa propria televisione wi fi parcheggio interno privato nel grande giardino vi si trovano sdraie e lettini per un completo relax i supermercati si trovono a circa un km quindi cosa dire tutto ok un posto dove tornare spesso

Splendida vacanza per tutta la famiglia

Io e mio marito abbiamo scelto villa Giolú per la vicinanza al mare. Avendo due bimbe piccole ci sembrava la soluzione migliore e in effetti così è stato! L'appartamento è uno dei tre di questa bella villa. È arredato con gusto, pulito e fornito di ogni cosa. Le bambine avevano lo spazio per giocare fuori e noi eravamo tranquilli perché tutto ben recintato.la spiaggia è a 3minuti a piedi. Anche qui tutto veramente perfetto per le più piccole...ghiaia fine di sassini colorati (per le mie bimbe erano splendidi gioielli dei pirati) immersa tra gli alberi che creano zone di ombra utilissime. Praticamente è stata una vacanza perfetta e da rifare l'anno prossimo!!! Grazie Chiara e a presto ;)

Splendida vacanza per tutta la famiglia

Abbiamo scelto villa Giolú per la sua vicinanza al mare e devo dire che abbia scelto proprio bene!! Avendo due bambine piccole risulta tutto più semplice :) l'appartamento è accogliente e arredato con gusto. Non manca niente! La spiaggia di Magazzini è a misura di bimbo...piccola ghiaia colorata tra alberi e sole. Chiara è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ci ha consigliato su tour e locali rendendo la nostra vacanza davvero speciale! Grazie Chiara e magari...ci rivediamo l'anno prossimo :)

Tranquillo

Due locali indipendenti dal resto della proprietà, con giardinetto indipendente, situato in località molto tranquilla e ben alberata. Arredamento un po' kitsch, terzo letto solo di emergenza, e bagno di non recente ristrutturazione; prezzo forse un po' alto. Gestori gentilissimi, cordiali e disponibili.
