Minha experiência no Marlim Porto Hotel, em Porto Seguro, foi decepcionante, principalmente considerando o valor elevado da diária, cobrado por ser alta temporada, mas que não condiz com as condições oferecidas. As instalações do quarto são antigas e mal conservadas: pintura desgastada, piso com aspecto de sujo e goteiras no banheiro, que deixavam o ambiente constantemente úmido. Essa umidade se espalhava pelo quarto, atingindo toalhas, roupas de cama e até a cama. Não era possível manter a janela aberta devido à grande quantidade de pernilongos, o que agravou ainda mais o desconforto. O maior problema foi o café da manhã. Apesar de simples e com pouca variedade, o ponto mais crítico foi a falta de higiene: bolos, tortas e frutas ficavam destampados, com moscas pousando sobre os alimentos, situação totalmente inaceitável. Além disso, em uma área das mesas próximas ao banheiro, avistamos baratas na janela. Alimentação deve ser tratada com rigor absoluto, especialmente durante uma viagem. Estar em outro estado e correr o risco de contrair uma bactéria ou virose pode comprometer todo o passeio. Outro ponto é a localização, que não é tão próxima do centro quanto divulgado. É necessário caminhar cerca de 10 minutos até a Passarela do Álcool. Diante de tudo isso, não voltaria e não recomendo. O custo-benefício é insatisfatório e a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo da Passarela do Alcóol, porém é longe do Axé Moi, dentre outros. O quarto é confortável, possui frigobar, porém o chuveiro cai pouca água (pelo menos do quarto que fiquei). Todos os profissionais do hotel são gentis, prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. Os sucos poderiam ser mais incorpados (achei aguado).

Já tinha a expectativa de que o hotel seria simples, mas chegando lá, principalmente ao ver o meu AP, descobri que era mais simples do que eu imaginava. A piscina do hotel é minúscula. O café da manhã é bem modesto. Enfim, não criem expectativa. O hotel realmente é bem simples, e por ser assim, a diária deveria ser bem mais barata.

Péssima experiência. Fiz a reserva pelo expedia com débito no meu cartão de crédito. Na entrada solicitaram o pagamento. Fizemos assim imaginando o rápido estorno. Estou há dias entre telefonemas para o hotel e para a central expedia, sem conseguir resolver. Fato: paguei duas vezes. No cartão e na entrada, sob a justificativa que minha reserva tinha acabado de ser feita, algo de sistema, etc.

Eu não gostei do quarto , cama rim colchão pecimo , e a janela com uma parte da cortina claridade batia no quarto a noite toda , Muitas formigas no quarto . Não sendo culpa dos funcionários pois deixavam limpinhos . Eu saí de minha casa e vou descansar e durmo num colchão pecimo . Os proprietários devia trocar todos cama de casal sendo duas de solteiro emendadas , colchão emendado com elásticos . E muito barulho . Os funcionários são ótimos , principalmente o André e o Pedro .

A hospedagem em geral foi boa, me deixaram entrar antes do check in e depois do checkout tinha uma salinha para deixar as malas assim pude passear um pouco mais por Porto Seguro . As camas super confortável, achei muito limpo o local. Pontos a melhorar: 1° Faltam tomadas no quarto, no meu só tinha uma, no banheiro. 2° A TV só pegava um canal. 3° o wi-fi definitivamente não funciona, raras vezes consegui sinal. 4° Tem muitas formigas, tive que colocar meus lanches no frigobar. 5° a localização não ruim mas também não é boa, não sei explicar, pelo menos não se gasta muito de uber. Fui recebida pelo atendente André, foi muito simpático, me deu dicas e comprei um passeio para Arraial D'ajuda barstissimo. Acho que podia ser um pouco mais barato.
