The Space:
You will have at your disposal a duplex apartment with 2 suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, and a dining table. The kitchenette is very well equipped with tasteful utensils, and there is a bathroom. And of course, don't forget that the living room and bedroom offer a beautiful view of the sea.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is located in a building situated in Foz do Douro, a seaside area known for its sandy beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, as well as eclectic restaurants offering both international and Portuguese cuisine. The Foz Market sells traditional Porto food and products, and the area is filled with sophisticated clothing boutiques and art galleries.

Take advantage of the fantastic waterfront, where you can walk, bike, swim at the beach, or simply enjoy the sun at a seaside café. For those seeking a more cultural visit, don't worry – our apartment is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Porto and is close to all public transportation options. If you don’t have a car, no problem; you can use the bus network, which is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).

There is also a wide network of public transportation available to you.

The airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose.

We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (please ask for the price).
