The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a building situated in Foz do Douro, a seaside area known for its sandy beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, as well as eclectic restaurants serving both international and Portuguese cuisine. The Mercado da Foz offers food and traditional products from Porto, and the area is filled with sophisticated clothing boutiques and art galleries.

Take advantage of the fantastic waterfront promenade, where you can walk, bike, swim at the beach, or simply relax and enjoy the sun at a seaside terrace.

For those seeking a more cultural visit, don't be disappointed just yet. Our apartment is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Porto and close to all public transport options. If you don't have a car, don’t worry—you can use the bus network, which is just a minute’s walk from your apartment.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be subject to consultation.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's collaborator access to the property for inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
