Recently renovated villa with new furnishings and new bathroom, ideal for a relaxing holiday on the sandy beaches of Torre Lapillo, Salento. The house has an external space at the entrance, a space where it is possible to put a car. Composed of three bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and another small outdoor space at the back with external shower. Present air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine.

The accommodation has a living room equipped with a sofa and outdoor space where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements: bedroom 01 (double bed), bedroom 02 (double bed), bedroom 03 (single bed, note: this third bedroom has no window, but faces one bedroom), living room (folding bed)
Bathroom composition: toilet, bidet, shower box
Air conditioning: the accommodation is air conditioned in the living room
Parking: the accommodation has no parking space, you can park for free on the street
Water supply: the accommodation is connected to the public water supply
The building is on the ground floor (not built above).

During the holiday: one of our operators will be available for all your needs. Furthermore, you can come to know us and ask for information directly at our office.

- Bed linen: bed linen and towels are not included, the cost is 10 euros per person per week (towels and sheets).
- Check-in: we are available for check-in until 20:00; from 20:00 to 24.00 you will be charged an extra cost of € 20.00; from 24:00 onwards you will be charged an extra cost of € 40.00;
- Check-out: the accommodation will be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- Lease agreement: at the time of check-in the lease for your holiday will be signed.
- Payment of the tourist tax: the Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable upon entry into the building: the tax is equal to € 1.00 per day per person; the tax is applied up to a maximum of n. 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: certain individuals are exempt from paying the tax, including: a) minors up to the age of 16; b) the elderly from the day of their 70th birthday.
