Perfect location in Westend, few blocks away from vibrant downtown Portland. Multiple outdoor gathering areas you will not find anywhere else including roof top deck with amazing downtown and water views of portland harbor. Fun games, hammock, BBQ grill, AC and smart TVs in all rooms all for your entertainment. Ample free street parking or paid off street parking.

This walk in 1st floor spacious 2 bedrooms apt has one queen size bed each bedroom and there is also a small office table with couch on the rear bedroom. Living room has one sofa and 2 chairs seats (these are not sofa beds). Pull out beds and air mattresses is also provided allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably ( more air mattresses can be provided upon request).

The location, layout, and superior exterior spaces make this unit stand out. We have small patio off living room with space to grill and enjoy the great weather. There is also spacious shared Rooftop deck which offers great water views of the Portland Harbor. The location and outdoor space makes this apt great choice.

Our private apt offers free WiFi and includes the latest technology, smart locks for a private check in and out, Nest thermostats for a temperature that suits you, Roku Smart TV in all rooms with streaming entertainment with free Netflix/Hulu for our guests. The Kitchen is fully operational with kitchen island that seats 4 (more seating in living room), microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish ware, flatware. There is enough dish ware/flatware for 8-10 people. We do also provide a few pots and pans with kitchen utensils to cook with. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and complimentary toiletries are provided.

We also offer free laundry facilities for our guests. You can find plenty of free parking at the end of the road or ask us to arrange off street parking for fee. There is also a beautiful park many guests enjoy visiting on York St.

We do allow pets for one time pet fee of $40.

Please note this space is a home, not a fancy five star resort or luxury spa hotel. We have renovated the apartment and have it professionally cleaned after each guest. There may be some very small imperfections which are just fair wear and tear to the place as is usually the case with homes that people live in.
