A wonderful classic hotel in the heart of the city.

Nice, clean, quiet, centrally-located, friendly staff. Smallish rooms, no bathroom counter space and 4th floor water pressure was meh. No of those was a deal breaker compared to the good stuff. Would recommend, we loved it!

This was a wonderful birthday get away for me. My room was minimalist perfection w/ a wonderful Society Cafe inside the hotel lobby. Everything I was interested in doing & seeing was just blocks away....all within walking distance including Powell's Bookstore.

This is really a hostel. It's located in Chinatown. There was a party next door that went all night. I didn't sleep much.

Location is good. There are some homeless people around, but it never scared me. Close to everything. We were a bid cold and asked for more cover. They gave us a little heater which worked great. I liked the fire place and the friendly stuff in the restaurant and at the front desk.

in the middle of the pearl district I was able to rent a bike and go to everywhere I wanted to see. Great staff.

Staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered in my travels. Rooms were very clean and nice. There was a nice cafe which made grabbing a nice and quick breakfast or lunch very convenient and easy to socialize. I wish there was a desk in the room, but the cafe downstairs works just fine. Great location to everything.

Thank you for your feedback. I will ask maintenance to look into the water pressure issue, as I have not heard this low pressure feedback before, so it is likely something that can be remedied. I am glad to hear that the rest of your stay was positive. We would love to have you back the next time you are in town.
