Didn’t like anything. Hard to find room-given bldg ending in rm 261.. then had to figure our 3-story building for my room. Check in clerk should be more specific. No coffee maker in room. No BLANKET in room. Lock flimsy. Noisy. No breakfast-though breakfast was advertised. It’s a dump.

The shuttle from the airport worked out fine other than taking longer than expected. That has more to do with the poor traffic flow at the airport. The first room I was given was only sorta cleaned. My biggest frustration was that when I made the reservation, it was with breakfast included. When I checked in, I was told the policy had changed and only those with a Quality in reservation got breakfast. I don’t care if the policy had changed. They should have honored what was provided when I booked the room.

Our room was recently updated but had a weird smell, things were falling off the wall, and the tub was old. The shower head was like 2 feet too short.

Great shuttle, room was clean, quiet, totally pleasant crew working there. My only problem was there was no plug for the bathtub, so I could not soak. Also, would have liked longer drapes around the a/c unit... lots of light leaking in all night from the bottom of the drapes. I would definitely stay there again.

Great for the price! No real frills but who cares?? The room had been renovated, no problems, everything worked well and the room was clean. We asked for extra pillows, left for the day and they were waiting on the bed when we returned. The staff was nice and helpful. I don't need a resort when all I'm really doing is sleeping there. It is perfect for that. It would be nice to have a full breakfast but again for the price, it's not a big deal, plus I'd rather hit the town and grab some coffee and breakfast while enjoying my day around Portland. So many good places to eat, why eat at the hotel? It's also very close to public transportation. We jumped on the MAXX to the Brewersfest and didn't have to worry about drinking and driving. You can easily get anywhere in Portland from this hotel using public transportation if you wanted. We will absolutely make this a place we stay at again when in town visiting friends and family.

Being a motel, it was quite noisy. The internet disappeared for about an hour in the evening which was a great inconvenience to us. The so-called continental breakfast was two kinds of cereal, a banana and coffee. The motel is shared with Quality Inn. It would have been better to spend a little extra, get a proper breakfast and possible less noisy room. The room looked better than in the pictures. It was nice ans pacious and when the internet was working, it was good. The free shuttle to the airport was good. The diner acorss the street was quant and served good food. You can go and get a menu and call ahead if you want the food to go.

The hotel it’s good I’m like good for one night 😀

This motel is great if the year was 1958. Staff very undertrained and took forever to check in. Totally bad breakfast.

Location was great. Personel was a little slow and sloppy. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast room was way too small. We did not stay for that.

The room is very spacious and it's really close to the airport. This is a good hotel for a one night stay.

Good location for access to mass transit system and airport. Good shuttle service to airport. Clean, comfortable basic room and furnishings. Good WiFi.. Inadequate breakfast by any standard. Coffee always available. Good for a short stopover. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I would stay here again for a day or two in transit.

The room was in poor shape with stained carpets, burn marks on the bathroom tile. Tub caulking was cracked, black in places or missing. Very noisy area due to road and airport traffic.

No problems. Inexpensive place to sleep before a flight.

nice hotel close to the airport, friendly staff, free airport shuttle
