The staff was super friendly. Enjoyed the free hot cocoa and oatmeal with fruit in the morning. Room was musty smelling almost like smoke and road a little loud outside. Hall and stairs were sticky. Otherwise good, cheap hotel for a quick night's sleep.

Nothing fancy but a good early flight, short term stay. Rooms are clean, all the basic needs are met.

The power didn't work except the bathroom lights. They trashed my glass contacts in its cleaning gear, costing me $300.

It was just as we were told. there were two queen size beds. they were very comfortable. It was nice that we had a room on the first floor.

The only complaint I would have is that some of the other guests were making a lot of noise outside at night. The staff was helpful.

Clean, comfortable, newly remodeled. We can park our car there and take their shuttle service to the airport (5 minutes away) at any time. Both are complimentary with the price of a room for 1 night. Price is very reasonable, staff is pleasant and helpful. It can't be beat!

Arrived early and was allowed to check in by the very helpful and courteous staff. Room was clean and bed was nicer than I expected. Great shower. Best part is there is a light rail stop 3 minutes away that gets you to downtown Portland in about 20 minutes or to the airport in ten.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but beds were saggy and worn, upholstered chair was worn and looked dirty, room 149 and upstairs neighbors were noisy and raucous 1-2am. They are understaffed, so two people who work at the front desk also drive the airport shuttle. The van says Quality Inn on the side, so I didn't find the airport shuttle and waited an hour for them to come back again because the front desk got busy at dinner time. Rodeway Inn in smaller letters front and back.

Very nice staff, very comfortable bed! I was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was a bit worse for wear though.

The card-key wouldn't work, so I had to trek back to the front desk, with luggage, to get new card-key. The room was viciously noisy! Like trying to sleep in the middle of the Indy-500.

As I walked in the room it had a bad smell. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned and the sheets had not been changed. As I removed the cover of the bed I could see big stains hairs, dust, and every little thing that could explain about the last person who had slept on that bed......

Good shuttle to airport, also close to Max line (I used it to go into town/Lloyd Center, also to Ikea). Reasonable place to stay overnight for early morning flight the next day.

Price was inline with supply/demand. Helpful staff. Quick to resolve issues and questions. But still. Older motel style with poorly done upgrades. Is paint not done right an upgrade? Water pressure was excellent in shower.

no iron board,no clean bed sheets,no microwave, you have to walk half a mile to get ice or water,no refrigerator ,but price is high

Although the area of town is sketchy, overall my experience was good and I didn't feel I was in any danger. They were re-striping the parking lot and had over half the spaces blocked off so parking was a nightmare and cars were towed/moved. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is also shared by quality inn. When we went for the advertised free breakfast, the sign on the door of the lobby said 'Quality Inn guests only'. The lady at the desk pointed to a tiny counter that had a dated instant coffee maker (the vending machine type) a bowl of apples and a Tupperware container of oatmeal. There wasn't even bread or packaged pasteries like some skimpy hotel breakfasts. We aren't really picky people, but we were expecting free breakfast as advertised. And the coffee tasted so bad that neither of us could get through a cup.

Nothing exciting. Enjoyed a quiet evening after a long work week and traveling.

Adequate, but with no in-room amenities. No coffee-maker, iron, fridge or microwave. Continental breakfast was pathetic. Oatmeal and some wizened apples. Our hot water faucet was not functioning. Reported on night 1 and not fixed during our 4 night stay. The pool was nice and heated, and I used the fitness room. I wouldn't stay there again though.

Great place - better than expected, especially for the price!!

Great rate. Comfy beds. Excellent, friendly staff.
