We were disappointed that the spa Jacuzzi was out of work order there were no paper towels in the bathroom next to the breakfast area. Plus it was very limited on continental breakfast amenities.

Great place to stay! Only bummer is the pool isn’t open yet. Other than that no issues. Friendly staff nice little gym and very walkable

We couldn’t use the pool which should have been mentioned on the website. Our carpet was wet but Devin, according to him the only employee, said there wasn’t another room for us to stay in. That’s strange since we didn’t see another guest in the building. The next morning my grown son went to the front to check out the free breakfast and came back with sack breakfasts. A “breakfast taco” (a small wrapped tortilla with a perfectly round egg inside and nothing else) a small wrapped muffin, bottled water and several tiny creamer mixes(?). When checking out I mentioned to Devin that the breakfast was a bummer and in his usual annoyed voice said that when they got employees back to work it would go back to full service. That should’ve also been in their website. Thumbs down.

Property has declined since I last stayed about four years ago. Portland and the surrounding suburbs have changed and not for the better.

They advertise nonsmoking, but the curtains and bedspread have cigarette burns in them and the hall smelled like top shelf herb.

I would give this place a solid B- There was a deodorant cap on the floor of our room when we checked in and only decaf coffee available as well as no conditioner. But it was a reservation that saved our lives in the midst of a week-long power outage so I'm probably being a little too picky.

Great hotel, well located Around shopping, Great staff

Definitely older building than expected, overall it was okay, but I felt it was more like a motel 6 hotel. Wasn’t impressed with this quality inn.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean, great breakfast.

Awesome hotel, immaculate rooms, close to shopping, breakfast is awesome.

Very friendly staff and well taken care of facility. Room was spacious and clean The free breakfast was better than most

I loved the spacious room, how sleek the furniture looked and was set up, and the hot tub was amazing. And how sound proof the room was from neighboring rooms was the best if have to say. Thanks so much for the enjoyable stay!

Nice place to stay, quite secure. Not sure I like having to have to use my room key to use the elevator though.

It is in a great location close to restaurants, the highway, gas, and necessity shopping. I have stayed in this location about 6 times and have always had a good experience. The only drawback is if you stay on the first floor you may be subject to a lot of noise from the pool area. Other than that, it is an affordable and reliable lodging option.

The exterior and location of this property are fantastic. When it comes to the rooms it's clear that some of those portions were not fully upgraded. We could also hear quite clearly every time the person in the room above us flushed the toilet. Overall it wasn't expensive so we were just fine with it.
