The carpet is not clean, a lot of dust, but the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

This is a somewhat older looking property, which when we are in Portland we stay perhaps once a year. This time the staff went above and beyond expectations. I’ve got to give them credit for making our stay comfortable.

The walls are paper thin. Lost half a nights sleep. Will not be returning.

This property was very clean. The staff was very accomodating. Rooms were only "tidied" up by housekeeping every 3 days so i had to get fresh towels from the front desk. Clerk was extremely nice though and accomodating. No jacuzzi. Pool wasn't heated. Bed were comfy though.

Pool was dirty, Noisy all the time with other guests I just can't believe how inconsiderate other people can be.

Picked out several items floating about as tub filled up and found at least two dark hairs stuck to the side.

First the front counter person Was not Friendly she was suppose to refund my pet fee because my pet was a support animal. That has not happened. The rooms were not clean properly. Found hair in our bathtub dirty sock on the floor by the bed. Had to ask the housekeeper to vacuum the floor. The breakfast was cold. I was disappointed.

Best part was the night registration guest. So nice, professional and was very understanding in listening to several complaints from customers. We didn't leave our room until 10:00 am so our room was never cleaned. We did put a do not disturb sign while we were getting dressed and housekeeper left a note checking "request no cleaning" which was a lie. We never requested it not to be cleaned. I even called front desk that day prior to leaving at 10:00 and asked them to clean our room since we were now leaving. We came back that night at approx 9 pm and notified the office that our room was not cleaned, dirty towels still on floor and he told us they only clean until 12:00 pm. No where in fine print does it say that if you don't leave by 10:00 that your room would not be cleaned. Terrible housekeeping service. That is what vacation is for so one can sleep late with no restrictions on housekeeping.

Hotel had decent reviews when I boooked and from what pictures I seen it was decent. But that was not my experience. Had a very musty smell, is a non-smoking hotel but the elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. And the worst part of all is my room was so dirty and disquieting I really just wanted to leave. Someone else's hair on the bathroom floor some liquid spilt on the wall and other things on the wall not sure what it was, what looked like candle wax spilt on the bed. Dead and alive beetles all over everything no screens on the windows.

It smells horrible. We ended up purchasing a room freshener at the store down the street. The carpets are very dirty. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Hotel was easy to find. Had a dr appointment in the area and it served the purpose. Comfortable and nice place.

We enjoyed the hotel. It was clean with an attractive lobby and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the shower that I did not want to get out. The seemed a little small compared to other hotel room brands I've stay at. However, the picture was great. This is a small thing compared to the overall room, the room was great.

Nice hotel, clean room and friendly staff. Lobby was busy during check in, which was to be expected for valentines day, what surprised me was that they only had 1 person working the front desk. I would imagine this is a busy holiday for the hotel so I would expect them to be better prepared.

The room is ok and the location is ok. All facility is in good condition.

We were in Portland area briefly for one night, so we only had difficulty finding the location but didn't have a chance to get acclimatized to surrounding area. Unfortunately, the non-smoking room we purchased had several cigarette burn holes in bed cover and the towel rack was coming off the wall outside bathroom. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. Would stay there again as the online price was right.
