No elevator :( didn’t care when I was 30 but at 56 would prefer one if on second floor

Convenient too the airport and good shuttle service.

Staff was okay, the place was better than I thought it would be. The only thing I had a problem with was my key to the room, I had to go to the office every day of my stay to have them reset the key. They gave me their thought about why it kept getting swiped out, my thought is every time after the cleaning staff would clean the room it would shut our key off. They have a problem with the key system, it was not good!

At first, I thought the property looked like it might be scary to stay there. But, the night guy at the desk was really friendly, and the room was great! The door seemed secure and I had a great night of sleep!

Super is organized staff! Book through Orbiz and when arrival the front desk said they charged a damage fee but kept going from $50 to $70 while holding me card hostage for 10+ minutes. Website said free wifi but we had no wifi at all and had to use data the whole time. During breakfast the woman was up everyone behind on what food they were eating and super unsanitary breakfast bar. The woman was following everyone in the breakfast area and monitoring what everyone ate like a mother. Would not recommend!

I did not like this property at all. I did not like this property at all.

The room was very dirty. The carpet ha very dirty stains and spots and it was smelling. As if the carpet had recently had flooded and was not cleaned properly. The room itself had a strong odor. The furniture is extremely old, torn upholstery. We were extremely disappointed. Had never stayed in hotel worse than this one. It was just waste of our money. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. we arrived after traveling 34 hours and to be greeted by such great people was a super bonus., the hotel is very very close to the parkrose transit center as well as the red max line which goes to the airport as well as downtown. great location.

I really liked my stay! You get a good deal for what you pay for. The breakfast buffet was also really good! I recommend leaving the butter out for people when you start serving breakfast because it gets really hard to spread on my bagel. And it would also be nice if there was meat (like sausage or bacon). Other than that, everything was wonderful! Would highly recommend.

Room was recently renovated and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Thankful for airport shuttle.

Nice hotel next to the airport. They provide free airport transfer. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. It met my needs

Room was very clean and front desk treated us very well. However, it would’ve been nice if the carpet/walls/doors in the room had a makeover so that they weren’t so dated and rundown looking. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable but wish we had bigger pillows because the size of each pillow was more the size of a square couch pillow. We were on the first floor and were also woken up several times early morning by the slamming of doors. Breakfast was decent but i felt extremely rushed because it closes at 9. I was asked to leave by 9:10 due to the staff needing to clean.

The pickup was quick and the room was clean and nicely appointed .the breakfast was lacking to say the most.they had problems with the shuttle in the am

I would NOT recommend this hotel due their terrible customer service, and especially not for families with children. My husband, infant son and I stayed at this hotel one night after a long day of flying from Boston and had a horrible experience. I purposely booked this hotel months ahead of our trip because they had a crib/infant bed for our son and I called multiple times before our trip to make sure it was available and would be ready for us upon our arrival. I was reassured many times that a pack n play was available and would be ready for us, and we thought we were all set. Once we arrived at the hotel we discovered upon putting it together that it was broken, and had not been inspected before putting it into our room. We tried to call the hotel office, but the phone didn't work. We then spent an hour running back and forth from our room to the hotel office trying to solve this problem, including having to drag the infant bed down to the office ourselves because the night manager couldn't leave the desk. The night manager was very rude to us, and basically shrugged off the phone not working and the infant bed being broken and refused to do anything to help fix the problem. He denied to take responsibility that they should have checked it before our arrival, and said it was our problem and we'd just have to deal with it. We ended up not sleeping at all as our infant son slept (rolled and crawled) in the bed with us.
