One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for one vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.
