Stayed here for 3 nights, the room was humid and the AC didn't seem to work very well. It would either blast and take forever to kick back on. The room's cleanliness left much to be desired. The carpets are dirty, there was stains on the comforters and hair from the previous guests on some of the towels. The WIFI also was super spotty. We weren't in the main building, and would constantly drop on and off. The location wasn't bad and the place was relatively quiet even with being almost at full capacity. Some new carpets and bedding would do wonders. But would come back in a pinch.

The floor was creaky and the available "breakfast" was coffee, a few pieces of fruit and a box of Dunkin' Donuts. I also would have appreciated a clock in the room.

The rooms are generally clean for a two-star hotel. Our nightmare had to do with the bedbugs. We had to wake up in the middle of the night because of bed bug bites. We saw the offending bug and just when we thought we could brave it, we saw another one and crashed it. Luckily, the motel owner offered us a different room that was ok but the nightmare of switching rooms at night remains. The other reason for rating the hotel so low is the fact that the hotel claims to provide a continental breakfast which comprises of terrible coffee, take-away Dunkin Donuts. I understand the notion that you pay for what you get and lodging costs are market driven like everything else but nonetheless, I think it is dishonest to claim low grade coffee and half-stale donuts as breakfast, especially when you are charging $150 a night.

It was a very good stay. Could update the television.

Just needed something cheap for a one night stay. This is just a motel so wasn't expecting much. Wasn't the cleanest but wasn't a total mess. Would stay here again if I was in the area but wouldn't if I was traveling with the whole family.

We were surprised that for the price that bathroom was in disrepair. The tile was loose and mildew around tub.I informed the owners they did not seem to care.We also notice long term renters occupied some of the rooms. The breakfast was very limited doughnuts and fruit.Plus policy of no refunds we had a relative from out of town get sick and she lost all her money. We would not stay there again.

Room was OK, but the refrigerator (which we wanted to use) didn't work.

OK but not great. Old TV but decent channel selection. Wall clothes hanging rack was partially loose from wall. Could only hang a few items. No coffee maker in room but was avail. in office, a short walk from room. Beds were ok but pillows were old, flat, and of no support. Would only stay here again in an emergency situation.

The shower was luke warm at best There was no coffee maker as advertised The advertised Continental breakfast was donuts and coffee. The donuts were purchased the day before, The bed was comfortable.

We found the room clean and comfortable. It was a cold November weekend, but the heat worked very well and room was always comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

After reading some of the more recent reviews, I felt there might have been a change for the positive. As our niece's wedding was only 5 miles away, we booked 2 rooms about 2 weeks out - 1 king bed room & 1 queen room. When we arrived, they switched us to 2 queen rooms & would not refund the difference. The 2 rooms were 4 doors apart and were both dirty. Both bathroom was similar - Toilets had crusty, paste on seats and sinks were sticky with tooth paste or???. While both rooms had the same queen sized beds, one of the rooms appeared to be made up without clean sheets as we found multiple short hair only between the sheets! On checkout I request confirmation of room receipt and they claimed they did not have one from "O" and showed me a hand written (ink) note of my name and date. I asked for a copy to confirm I was given the wrong room type, but they refused. They claimed that "O" does this all the time, book rooms they don't have available and they can' t give me one a room confirmation. Please be very wary of this hotel. The good reviews are untrustworthy! Maybe direct booking is different as they clearly do not value online customers.

The staff was nice and the room was ok, but the amenities were terrible. Not enough towels , not enough soap, no shampoo, ect. The room was very sparce and extremely basic. Next, the parking spaces were only for cars the size of a go-cart. Had to park across the road every nite. Next was the continental breakfast---dunkin donuts(good), coffee(good),creamer(curtled--yuck) old apples(Very bad),bananas(good if there were any) and that was it. For $90+ per nite it was a rip-off. Especially with NO pool. Sorry, but next time I will pay an extra $30 per nite for a nicer place with a pool and full amenities.

Clean room in a good location, near everything we wanted to see. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Awful place...........stark accomodations. Not so much as a pen or notepad in the room. No local directory for restaurants, entertainment, etc.Desperately needed a paint job.No flowers, decorations....nothing.There was no mention at all about a continental breakfast either. If I knew this dump was where [...]was sending me I would have declined.

We were only there for one night to catch an early flight in the morning. When calling hotel, the person answering the phone was extremely rude. I would not stay here again. The room had an odd odor. I was itchy the entire time I was there.

Experience was great for what we needed. Stopped by at 11 checked in, didn't check out the room, left straight for Boston for Sox game, didn't wanna stay in Boston so stayed here for the night for a low price and just a place to sleep. It worked out perfect. D&D across the road for quick breakfast. The staff was friendly.

This was one of the worse hotels that I have ever stayed in. First off we had the corner room, ya you read right, corner room, the key to the room barely opened the door, every time you would take a shower it would smell like someone urinated in the bathroom, the shower curtain was not plastic, cloth only and not washed on a regular basis. Low quality shampoo and conditioner, oh and try wiping your butt with cardboard because that is what it felt like with the kind of toilet paper they provided us. And what kind of hotel room doesn't have a bible in it? This place was a complete dump!!

Our stay was nice. We just wanted a place to sleep and this served its purpose. The staff could have been friendlier but for the money not a bad stay. I would go back again.

Overall the value of the stay here was unbeatable for a short family get-a-way. Great location for local fairs and sightseeing, lots of shops, and places to eat that would fit any budget. Only one complaint, The room was noisy- located on the main road and a busy street at all hours!

The office person continued to talk on the phone and just handed the key after I filled out the registration card. Fridge smelled like mold, even with the Baking soda box. Check out was pretty much, hand over the key and 'Bye'.
