About this space
With the Portland Museum of Art and the State Theater a 5-minute walk away, the Old Port just 15, this stunning apartment is just steps from the best eateries, arts and shopping the city has to offer. When you arrive, park your car in the private parking space behind the house and forget about it for a while!
Built in 1835, this sunny and spacious second-floor apartment features 14-foot ceilings and original hardwood floors. His and hers bathroom is linked with a walk-through stone tiled shower.
The space
- There is not a full kitchen in this apartment. I have instead assembled a kitchenette. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. The kitchenette has been stocked with stemware, coffee cups, plates, bowls & cutlery, etc. Coffee, tea, sugar, and honey will be provided.

- The living room and bedroom can be separated by the two large pocket doors that pull out from the wall.

- The couch can be converted into a double bed for a third guest, with a memory foam mattress topper in the closet available.
- For your little one, there is a Pack n Play as well as a high chair available.
Just let me know and I will set them up for you.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk.
