This was the perfect apartment, it was clean and spacious. Not to mention a central location, both walking distance to old port and bayside (the two hip areas). I’d highly recommend this place, it was also really comfortable. The owner was very responsive.

Perfect location

Wonderful unit to stay in and close to everything! The place was spacious and gave us lots of options to divvy up the sleeping arrangements. Lots of TVS set up as well! Parking was a huge plus. We did hear some tenants walking around and talking above us toward the end of our stay but it was only occasional. Would highly recommend this for your stay.

Perfect Location and Friendly Host!

We were a group of 4 friends staying at the property. It was the perfect size for all of us to stay comfortably and the location is absolute PERFECTION! Walkable to just about anything in the downtown area! Thank you for a lovely place to stay!

Great location, plenty of space

We had a great stay here. Very convenient location and lots of space. Having 2 bathrooms and simple off street parking was definitely a plus. This place had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than the pictures!

We loved our stay! Great location, great property! They had anything you’d need for a short stay, even travel size soaps etc. we only had two small issues. 1. A group of young boys stayed above us and they were very loud. They were up until 2am/later making a lot of noise and kept a lot of the group up. 2. The floors were very dirty. The rest of the apartment seemed cleaned but the floors would turn your socks black. I even used their swiffer on them to try and make it better. I think both of these issues are easily solved. We truly had a great stay and would book again.

Portland Stay

This property was nice and clean. There was lots of things in the kitchen we could use- coffee stocked and toiletries…. ect. The washer and dryer were wonderful to use as well. We met the owner outside of the unit and she was lovely to chat with. Very nice hosts. We were able to walk downtown which was nice too- it was a decent walk but not incredibly too far for us.

Prime location

Very affordable and prime location in Portland. We walked or cheap Ubers everywhere. Property was very clean for our 6 person group. Beds were small for two people but manageable for short trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful accomodation; great location

Clean and well equipped for our family of five. Appreciated all the little extras in the kitchen, and the nicely renovated space. Location was terrific for walking all around Old Port and beyond.

Cozy apartment

We enjoyed our stay here in Portland. Location was great. Short walk to old port and breweries on the other side of the island. Host was very helpful and provided some gear for our infant to make traveling a little easier for us. House was nice and updated with beautiful pine floors.

Highly Recommended!

The apartment was supper clean, it has 2 awesome showers, clean bedding and towels are supplied, reserved parking space and code-locks (no keys) make it so easy to come and go, walking distance to shops and restaurants, kitchen is clean and fully equipped, nice living room with cable TV and streaming options. Thank you so much, we absolutely loved our stay!!

Great location and property!

Great location, nicely renovated, and we appreciated the AC in all the rooms since it was hot during our stay. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the old port, but it was easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants.

This unit was very nice and beds were very comfortable! Five minutes to the water and restaurants. The unit is stocked with everything you may need and has a parking spot out back. Would stay here again!
