The hotel is very nice and the pool area was awesome. The rooms were clean and the free shuttle was great!

Very nice hotel, convenient location, valets where extremely helpful

There was a parade next day. I was not told for that and charged me 20$ for self parking, but the car is not accessible next day due to parade. Finally, I knew the parking issue from others, then we spent 2 hours to find a parking meter on street. It was midnight after that and we were extremely tired. I do not like service at all.

When we checked in they told us there was a parade next day and cars parked in the hotel couldn't go out until 1pm that day. So I spent 3 hours looking for a safe parking place and walked in streets at 1am and a lot of weird guys were around!!! They should have told us earlier. No apology... No explanation...Saw a lot of angry faces in the lounge. Will never choose this hotel again!

I enjoyed everything about the hotel except that the staff failed to mention the complimentary shuttle service which would have saved me a lot of headaches with uber to and back from the hotel.

Hotel boasted shuttle and short walk to train (neither of which were the case-the shuttle was often "too busy" and the train was a 10 minute walk away). If you stay here use Uber! Don't waste $$ on a rail pass. Bed was made nicely but bathroom was not cleaned well. Hotel staff was 50/50-those who were friendly were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I guess it was shame on me for not understanding the definition of Executive suite. typically that means beds in one room and office space/living area in the other. Could not get any work done early or late as my family was trying to sleep. I was disappointed in the overall size of the room as well compared to other hotels. The breakfast was nice, staff very friendly, and rooms were very clean.

They advertise as being downtown but are not. They are downtown adjacent (across the bridge). It is a nice and clean hotel and smoke free. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Take a dip and relax in their indoor saltwater pool.

This is a great hotel that is exceptionally clean with great service. The bar/restaurant is nice as well. The free, flavored water in the lobby is a nice touch too. We had to take über to every place because the hotel shuttle was never available when we needed it. No biggie because we never called ahead to try to reserve it.

My first time in Portland and this was in the middle of all sites including the meeting. I was able to get on freeway from this hotel without any problems. They had good breakfast and rooms were nicely kept.

Attended the seafood festival. This hotel is so convenient for a one night stay!

19$ for self parking per night. 21 for valet. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The bathtub didnt drain at all so taking a shower was a pain. But other than that this hotel was close to downtown. room service was available which was nice. A cab to downtown was only 9$ tops. I will definitely be returning!

The location and hotel room itself were great, but I had a bad experience when trying to check in. I waited till the 2pm check in even though I arrived slightly early. I got to the desk and the staff told me that there weren't any rooms available. With no explanation. I had pre paid for the room, so I was pretty frustrated with that. She said she would let house keeping know I was waiting. I'm a patient person, so I sat down in the lobby. I then saw two other people check in with no problems. That was after I waited 20 minutes.. I got up and asked the staff again what the problem was. She then talks to a coworker and like magic, a room became available. I still have no clue what the problem was. I would've been more understanding if they at least were honest and let me that my reservation was messed up or something. I won't be going back.

First we had to upgrade with signing up for the hotel rewards program, then the room was small but the view was good. The shower/tub didn't fully flush or drain the water. The ceiling has some fixtures that needed attention. The heater vent stained the ceiling where the heat was coming out from. I paid some good amount of money for this hotel and yet the tub couldn't drain the water at a fast and proper rate. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes for it to drain. Although the hotel was convenient to the Moda Center for the basketball game, we traveled from Tacoma, WA and it is about 2.5 hours.

This was perfectly located for our Portland getaway and concert at the Moda Center. The room was very clean and very comfortable although a bit odd shaped! We ate in the in house restaurant after a late concert and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We would stay here again next time we are in Portland.

Dad and I enjoyed the hotel. The best part was the location. We wanted quick access to downtown and the East side of the River. check in was easy as was check out. I enjoyed using the fitness center. We both had a pretty good night's sleep and a tasty breakfast the next morning. The staff was wonderful.

The hotel was over all good . You did have to pay for parking which I think is totally ridiculous . Also the room service was prompt although I would not recommend getting the pizza or crab cakes . Gross to say the least . Very close to the stadium .

The hotel is very close to the Moda Center, and easily within walking distance. Great place to stay when attending a game....nice bar and restaurant..excellent spa and pool.....staff was very friendly...I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone else.

This hotel is clean, classy, and comfortable. This is the price you'd pay for a cheap hotel but the quality is of a 5 star hotel. This is where I stay when I come to portland. I've stayed in more expensive hotels that had way less quality.

I travel to Portland to visit my son. I was very pleased with the Crowne Plaza. It is a truly beautiful hotel and offered many amenities including a Hertz rental car office which made it very easy for us to rent a car at a very good price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is located well and is very friendly and very nice. Also it was not too big which i think is a Plus. When I return to Portland I will surely stay there.
