Clean and breakfast was OK but the traffic noise was unacceptable. I would not stay there again.

Difficult to get into from the road. Not easy to find. The drive up Drive was blocked off. Not adequate parking.

Hotel is fine - a little further outside of downtown than I'd hoped, but given that it's spring break and everything else was already booked it was fine. Hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are spacious. However, road noise is quite loud, as are the guest room doors when they close up/down the hallway at night and early morning.

This is a relatively comfortable hotel in a good location for us. The rooms are clean, staff is competent and friendly, and the breakfast is very nice. I appreciate the close parking, and amazingly quiet rooms even though to shores iscliae to the freeway. The mattresses are too soft for me and the pillows are too thick, so I am pretty achy when I leave.

Hotel staff was pleasant, attentive and helpful in trying to resolve a booking issue that I had personally created.

Close to MAX stop, affordable, clean, street side is quiet. Thanks.

All around nice hotel. They were finishing installing soundproof windows! Pool was great for the kids and breakfast was just fine. Very clean and room was large.

The only downside of this hotel is that it's not in the most happenin' neighborhood. However, it was a great hotel with a great price. They are currently having renovations- they told us at check-in and warned we might hear banging... but I never heard anything.

Great staff. Very comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Everyone was very helpful. Good parking and easily accessible to all areas of Portland.

Hotel was comfortable, clean, calm. Suited our needs. Staff was lovely. Much better than I expected for the price!

Clean hotel and amenities overall. Comfortable beds couldn't ask for more. Nice breakfast setup. Location wasn't a problem although access to the interstate the first time was challenging.

Very reasonable for the price, comfy, clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Downtown is about a 10 min drive. Can get noisy at times while trying to sleep due to proximity with highway, ear plugs work wonders here. I would definitely come back though.

Pleasantly surprised. Comfortable, quiet, pleasant staff, very clean. Even had a little pool, which is nice. I would stay again. Close to airport and major roads, but not too close.

Comfortable beds, quiet stay. Just used for sleeping, late checkin and early departure. Great stay and affordable.

We spent six nights at this hotel on our first trip to Portland. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood at first - amid a long row of used car businesses. However, we were very comfortable, enjoyed the waffles every morning, the staff were very friendly and interested in our comfort. The location worked for us - near enough to our Portland family, but not near restaurants or shopping. We needed to drive for those. We will probably stay there next time we go to Portland.

The room was really nice, comfy King size bed, decent TV, Good Breakfast. All the amenities for a discount price, and not too far from Downtown.

BAD LOCATION... NO PLACES TO EAT OR DO SHOPPING NEARBY BUR REALLY CLOSE TO THE MAX.

Courteous staff, very good continental breakfast w/Wall Street Journal

As other review stated, nicest 2-star hotel I've ever stayed at. Hot waffles, free parking, free intranet, indoor pool, elevator for 2nd and 3rd floors, clean and up to date room, very close to Max station, can't ask for more!

Free breakfast, parking, intranet, indoor pool, close to Max tram station, clean, up-to-date and comfortable room, very friendly staff.
