You'll also find boutique shops, grocery stores, and so much more right at your doorstep.



Beyond the culinary delights, the neighborhood offers a wealth of parks and recreational opportunities. Take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a picnic at Laurelhurst Park, known for its beautiful landscapes and serene pond. For those who love to stay active, the Eastbank Esplanade provides a scenic path along the Willamette River, perfect for walking, running, or cycling.

Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — The Belmont and Hawthorne corridors are among Portland's most vibrant, with an eclectic mix of restaurants, vintage shops, cafes, and bars all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 15 (Belmont) runs along Belmont Street with frequent service every 15 minutes to downtown (~15 min). Route 14 (Hawthorne) is also nearby.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car or a quick MAX + bus connection.

🏙️ Restaurant + Street Noise

You are very close to Belmont/Hawthorne restaurants, bars, and shops. This is excellent for walkability, but nearby restaurant/bar activity and street noise can be audible at times, especially on weekend evenings. Light sleepers may prefer white noise or earplugs.



The fireplace is decorative only and not functional.
