The front desk staff were excellent. Lauren went out of her way for us to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. There was ample parking and the lot was well lit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible and frightening experience – completely ruined our stay We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn from December 20 to December 22. The first day was fine, but unfortunately the night of December 22 between 12:00–1:00 AM turned our stay into a nightmare. The hotel fire alarm suddenly went off multiple times (about 5–6 times) in the middle of the night. The first alarm lasted quite a long time before stopping, and the following alarms, although shorter, were extremely loud and shocking. Being woken up like this in the middle of the night was terrifying. I was traveling with two young daughters, and they were extremely frightened. They cried for a long time and could not calm down. The alarm kept going off intermittently, which made the situation even more stressful and scary. We had no idea what was happening or what we were supposed to do. What made it worse was that no one answered the phone at the front desk when we tried to call for help or information. There was no explanation, no guidance, and no reassurance provided to guests. None of us were able to sleep properly that night. We all woke up with headaches, exhausted, and it affected our entire next day. For a family with young children, this experience was extremely distressing. This stay was far below expectations and completely unacceptable. What should have been a comfortable and safe hotel stay turned into a very frightening experience. I am deeply disappointed.

Room was good. Staff was fine. However the room was greatly overpriced for what is is and no complimentary breakfast. For $350/night a complimentary breakfast should be included.
