Welcome to Black House retreat. A fully restored 1940's cottage that offers a quirky nostalgic getaway but with modern conveniences.
Features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with bunks. The lounge also has a fold out sofa bed for an extra guest.
A large covered deck offers seating and great views to the coast with amazing sunsets. Plus a bath to relax in.
Situated close to the river for fishing or whitebaiting (in season) A short walk to the Wharf Store and Cobourne and Maraetai Bay Reserves. Sunset Beach is approx a 3 minute drive away.
Port Waikato is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle, while still relatively close to towns.
Great for nature lovers or those just wanting to relax, while the more energetic could easily find something to occupy their time.
