The room was clean and comfortable. We had a hard time getting the electronic door lock to work right and had to start using a physical key. The TV in the living room was not operational and after several days we had to get a reset from the DIRECTV technician. The host, Jeff, was very helpful.

Great trip!

We had a great trip and loved the condo! Walked to Mango Marley’s one night and to coffee and ice cream on another day. Short walk to the beach. Great stay!

Great location and very clean

We were overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. However the house states that it was newely renovated but some of the flooring had duck tape to stay together.

Vacation 2025

My husband and I were there for vacation. We were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed every minuet in the condo and at the Beach. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. We love the area and have made Mexico Beach our go too for vacation. We are already talking about next year.Jana

Paradise

The condo was conveniently located to anything we were interested in seeing or doing. There were a few hiccups but nothing major. It is a tad far to walk to the beach for older adults like us especially carrying chairs and such but there is a public access for parking just down the street that made it much easier. Like others said you do have to walk around the building for the pool and hot-tub but that was no issue either - just a beautiful location, comfortable and I considered it a very reasonable priced place for such a beautiful place as Mexico Beach. We were there 7 nights.

Nice clean place; stayed April 5-19, 2025

Stayed for 2 weeks, happy with the condo and the location. Loved the beach (not overcrowded) and the beautiful canal (attached) and its fauna (attached). The only gripe: the damaged floor planks outside Bedroom 2; looks like it had been flooded. Unfortunately, one of the toilets also got flooded, but it was fixed on the next day.

Comfy and cute!

Condo was extremely clean, decorated very nicely, bed was super comfy! Walking distance to everywhere! Small balcony overlooking pool and hot tub. Hot tub has a small waterfall so relaxing sitting on balcony listening to it. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely rent again!

Communication problems

A multitude of small — ultimately solvable — issues became problems because of the lack of communication on the part of the owners. We had trouble with the door code, coffee maker, and the television. Messages/texts/phone calls went unanswered with 1 exception. In terms of supplies provided and, especially, communication, this property compares unfavorably to other providers with which we are familiar. May not use VRBO again.The area is beautiful and the unit comfortable.

Very Nice

We had what we call Grandparents Weekend with my wife, brother and sister in law to have a good time with no kids or grandkids. Never been to Mexico Beach on the Gulf of America. Awesome place. The condo was perfect for us with location, niceness, and hospitality. Definitely recommend staying here.Host gave all information before hand and was very responsive with a minor issue which was taken care of immediately. Really had a great experience!

Awesome room in great location!

This is our second time staying at this condo and we loved it just as much as the first time! The location is perfect…. Has a pool and hot tub right outside the room and beach is a short walk across the road. Lots of food options very close by as well! This will continue to be our go-to place for Mexico Beach!!!

Perfect Getaway

6 day 5 night stay was just what we needed to de-stress and relax after a very stressful 2 weeks. Do not think this location will be like Panama City Beach! This is worlds away from that type of tourist mayhem, but close enough for a short drive to enjoy PCB food and/or fun. Condo was in excellent condition. Room is first floor and is right next to the hot tub. However pool/hot tub access is not available straght from the room/balcony. It is only a short walk around to the pool. Beach was easily accessible with a short walk across the street, approximately 2 blocks, based on location of room. Port St. Joe is also a quick trip for food and shopping. Great location, without all of the ridiculous nonsense. Will stay again soon!

Friends Weekend Getaway

Our group enjoyed the weekend at this condo so much! The condo was clean and had close, easy beach access despite not sitting right on the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The owner was very responsive from the time of booking until well after the trip - we left a couple of items behind - the cleaning crew found them AND scheduled delivery. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location, just 1 block from the beautiful white sand and ocean. Comfortable beds. Stayed 3 weeks and one small issue and owner delt with it immediately. Only suggestion would be to have a toaster in the unit.

Great place

Such comfortable beds and blankets!! Great location. Wonderful, responsive host. Could use a little more kitchen cookie sheets or something but very minor issue for sure. Everything we needed was there and it was great!
