The main part of the house has an open living, dining, kitchen area all with views of the Gulf of Mexico. From these areas you have access to the Master Bedroom and Bath, a second bedroom, a shared full bath with laundry area. A flight of stairs leads you up to "the lookout" or loft that is the perfect spot for reading a book or taking an afternoon nap.

However some of the best features of this property are outside. Just off the kitchen and living room is a huge open deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the private pool at the house. You go down below the house and you'll find a good amount of covered space for relax out of the sun and access to the third bedroom and bath. With ample space around the pool you have a great option for those times you don't want to be at the beach.

When it is time to go down to the beach you have a boardwalk that leads you from just past the house all the way to the sand. Since this property sits on its own gravel driveway, those coming with a boat or larger vehicles will have no problem finding extra space for parking.
