Enjoy this beautifully renovated and updated pet friendly cottage 3 blocks from the beach. Entire property has been renovated with new appliances, furniture and landscaping. Three bedrooms and 1 full bathroom located inside; one full bathroom located outside on deck to use after a day at the beach. The carport and driveway have plenty of room for parking a boat and multiple vehicles. Backyard has a large deck with outdoor seating and grill. Backyard is fully fenced.

St. Joe Beach is a quiet and quaint beach community with the beautiful white sand beach 3 blocks away. All beaches in Gulf County are pet friendly so we welcome fur babies with prior approval. Beach cart and chairs are provided for our guests.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
