Family-friendly, Pet-friendly, very nice 3 bedroom beach house. Coffee shop and other specialty shops two lots down and across the street. Beach access is straight across the street. We saw dolphins, crab and fish and beautiful sunsets. Restaurants in Port St. Joe and Panama City.

We really enjoyed our stay and was greeted by a large black bear on our final night. He was going through the neighbors trash. All in all, the unit is very nice snd we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and small shops.

Great vacation spot!

Our family had a great week down the road from the beach! The house was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the walk to the coffee and ice cream shops. We usually stay right on the beach, but this was the next best thing!

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying here! We fell in love when we walked in. Very clean and nice and up to date! It had a great location. Right next to the beach. We had plenty of room with 3 kids and 4 adults. We loved how secluded it was. Great during Covid as the beach wasn’t covered with people. Thank you for such a great stay!

Cousin trip

The house was fabulous and perfect!! So clean and just right. I am so picky about where I stay and review for so long before picking a place and I was not disappointed. It was just myself and my mom’s cousin. The fact that there were no steps was a plus and the shower I. The master was perfect for her to get in and out of with ease. The house is a quick walk to the beach and the ocean is visible from the driveway. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Very Clean!

I stayed here with two friends for a girls' week at the beach, and we had a blast. The property was incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a relaxing weekend was available: clean, comfy beds; every kind of kitchen utensil we could think of, games, easy to use washer/dryer, soaps, etc. I had checked the location on Google Street View to make sure it was walking distance to the beach, but it was even closer than it appeared on the map--just a short, easy jaunt down the road. The owners also had beach chairs available in the outdoor shower. When we first arrived, I felt bad because I had to call the management company at 1 a.m. for help getting into the property because the batteries on the electronic key box had died. But the manager called me back quickly and was helpful and kind. Someone came to change the batteries the very next morning, so all of our interactions with the property management were positive. Between the location and the property plus the people managing it, I can't recommend this place enough. We're already looking forward to our next trip there.

Clean and perfectly located

This property was very clean and perfectly located right across the street from the beach. It probably took 3 minutes to walk from the porch until we hit sand. You do have to walk across the main road, but most all of the drivers are very courteous and will stop and wave you on to go across. Coffee in the morning was a 30 second walk on the same side of the street as the house. Check out time was a bit early for the price paid.(there’s a 7 hour gap between check out and the next guest check in.) Overall we had a great time, and hope other guests continue to keep the property well maintained and clean, because we will certainly be back!

Great location

We had a wonderful family getaway. The property was clean and well kept. it was easy access to the beach. It has all the basic amenities that you would need. There’s a few beach chairs there but I would recommend bringing your own wagon to bring things down to the beach because it’s a busy road to cross and with kids and all the bags a wagon would have been helpful. The place is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, shell shack and the general store. It was very convenient for buying those extra items that we forgot at home!
