The Posh Pearl is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath top-floor townhome located directly on the Gulf in St. Joe Beach. This stunning retreat offers gulf-front living at its finest, with breathtaking water views from nearly every spot on the main level—especially from the private deck.

The main level features a fully stocked kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs, a dining area, a comfortable living room, a master bedroom with en-suite bath, and a convenient half bath. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying the coastal breeze outside, the views are simply unforgettable.

Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom and a full bath, providing privacy and comfort for additional guests.

St. Joe Beach is known for its quiet, laid-back atmosphere, emerald-green waters, and white sugar-sand beaches, making it the perfect destination for a peaceful getaway. The Posh Pearl is pet-friendly, so your furry family members are welcome to join you, and the beach allows bonfires, making evenings by the fire under the stars truly special.

All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. This is a non-smoking unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Thanksgiving with a view

We love staying beachfront and this property fit the bill. Just a short boardwalk and your feet are in the sand. Very comfortable beds and a total lack of tourists plus the great Thanksgiving feast we brought from home and enjoyed with family made memories to last a lifetime.

Can't be helped disappointment

A beautiful, well-appointed and comfortable place right on the beach with terrific views, but way over priced due to the 24/7 whine of the very busy and startling noisy Hwy 98 which borders the property. Obviously, nothing could be done about it and it's my fault for selecting this place. I should have known better. So many homes and townhouses line 98. I just don't understand how all these owners and renters can put up with the constant traffic noise, but they do. Where are all these people going at 3:00 in the morning?

Long Family Weekend

My family of 5 took a long weekend here and it was wonderful! This space was impeccably clean, RIGHT ON THE BEACH, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It’s a condo, part of a 6-condo housing unit, but we didn’t hear a single one of our neighbors the entire time (this unit is the upper right hand corner with a neighbor next to and below). Beach is very private and not at all crowded, so we always had tons of space for the kids to play.

Will Never Forget the Forgotten Coast

Property had everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located with access to restaurants and proximity to historic neighboring towns. Enjoyed a week long quiet stay filled with beach side bon fires and beautiful sunsets. Locals were friendly and welcoming.
