Our setup offers a safe gated entry, large garage area for COVERED BOAT PARKING, and plenty of room to entertain. Enjoy Ping Pong, Cornhole, giant jenga or the gas grill! One bedroom and bathroom is upstairs and separate, makes well for a bit of privacy. Come check out P.O.C!

This place is our best place to stay in POC. The house is always clean, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 refrigerators, plenty of towels and gathering area with open floor plan with plenty of room for our family of 7. It has room for parking and for our boat and trailer is a plus. Location is close to the main highway, Froggies convenience store and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean house and the host was very easy to talk with and responded very quickly to any questions. Great location with just a short drive from the boat ramp and walking distance from a nice restaurant. I definitely recommend this place.

It was absolutely amazing. Despite the rain all weekend, this place affords you the opportunity to enjoy the weekend. Large garage, covered parking space, fenced yard!! We were able to visit the beach down the street, bbq under the cover in the driveway and watch the rain fall without getting wet. Great place for a family!!
