Room not serviced properly on day 2. Flying cockroach in the room on the first night and insect on the second night. Boiling water meant to be used for tea wasn’t hot and neither was brewed coffee in the breakfast room. The attended did replace the tea though. Enjoyed the spa and the location is great.

We were in a big newly renovated room with a balcony facing the water which was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is very handy to shops and restaurants. Pool/spa very nice not really deep so can walk all around it. Fabulous stay.

We had a fantastic view and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious. Our drinks order got lost but the restaurant manager sorted things out pretty quickly, apologised, and made amends with an adjusted bill - much appreciated.
