The hot water was about the best thing about this place. There were an awful lot of rules to follow and I’m not quite sure what the property manager did to earn their fee. It was a very basic house in poor repair. The shower frame wasn’t overly clean, there was someone else’s hair on the shower floor, the oven, trays etc were grotty and the couch was very uncomfortable. The floor boards were scratches and the rug very stained. It was just really old and run down - albeit reasonably clean - and the photos led us to believe it was more spacious and nicer. I simply cannot believe it cost us 2000 for a 6 night stay. The drain out the front stank really badly, the toilet roll holder kept tipping so the roll fell off, the toilet was really old and had a stain on the front of the cistern, the front screen door had no auto closer so kept flying out of our hands in the extremely windy conditions every time we opened it. We felt ripped off to be honest, and to get sms reminders to put out the bins the day before we left, then a list of instructions on what to when we actually left felt like we were being hassled and I didn’t appreciate when we were supposed to be on holiday. It was an expensive waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
