Sea Sparkle: Sunny Village Cottage con Artist Artist y vistas panorámicas al mar

Vistas panorámicas de agua salada desde todas las habitaciones en esta pequeña casa de 2 dormitorios en una sinuosa carretera del puerto. Además, un cobertizo de artista adjunto.
Antiguamente el hogar de Gertrude Cook, su área de trabajo en la cocina se ha conservado intacta, incluido el piso de linóleo pintado con salpicaduras.
El aroma de muchos pasteles salió del horno de Gertrude sobre la ensenada donde su hijo, Blaine, operaba una langosta comprando un muelle. Su ático se ha construido en una idílica habitación queen, baño nuevo y estudio de conexión con vista al mar. En la planta baja hay un acogedor dormitorio junto a la sala de estar, con cama de tamaño completo, escritorio, escritorio y armario. El baño de abajo cuenta con suelo de baldosas y una estimulante ducha arcoiris. Relájese con amigos en la sala de estar y en la cocina de estilo rural, que se unen con una calidez soleada y un ambiente acogedor. wonderful place

this was our stay at this beautiful, comfortable, well maintained house. we enjoy walking out for coffee, getting seafood at the local fisherman's coop and walking out to the lighthouse

Very relaxing

I work a lot of hours for work and was looking for a very relaxing vacation, and this hit the spot. It was very comfortable for relaxing with a great view. Family members visited on Sunday and Monday. Great visits.

Great house. We had a very comfortable stay. The home is really well decorated. Comfy, quality linens. Gorgeous view to enjoy from most rooms in the house. Convenient walk into town. The host was very helpful and had information well laid out for us so we never had questions. We love Port Clyde and will definitely return.

Port Clyde at its finest!

Great location for a stay in Port Clyde with our family. Walking distance to town and the views from the property are fantastic. We had everything we needed at the property and then some. We will be staying here again!

Amazing Views

Beautiful location, walk to wharf to buy lobsters and many birds (ospreys, eagles, kingfishers and many others). You can watch the lobster boats come in. Kitchen was well equipped. Upstairs bedroom is gorgeous. Only downside were the beds were sagging. Easy check in!!

Sparkling near the sea

We had a delightful week here. The house is well equipped, the road is quiet and we didn’t turn on the TV once, because the views are great!

Sea Sparkle Cottage SPARKLED!

We had an absolutely amazing time stargazing, beach-going, and lobster-eating. The cottage is charming and very well-appointed. It is quintessential Mid-Coast Maine. Perfect! We will rent this cozy home again.

Another Peaceful Getaway in PC

This is our third time staying in Port Clyde. It's a small quaint, peaceful community. I love walking to the general store and taking in the beautiful views. The rental was super cute and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay while still having a vintage, old fashioned decorative items from days past.

Another great stay

We have often stayed here and love it. Home is beautifully appointed with decor and appliances. Gorgeous flower boxes and manicured lawn. First class and that’s why we keep coming back. Veronica, the manager, is very helpful and attentive.

One of our favorite spots

The views from this spot are breathtaking, it never gets old. The home was comfortable and appreciated the supplies on hand; soaps, seasonings, paper towels etc. helps to eliminate too much to pack. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk and close to downtown port Clyde. We appreciated the excellent communication with the property manager as well.

We had a great time this week. The views from the house were spectacular - the road was quiet and peaceful. The house was a pleasant mix of old and new with vintage and original furnishings mixed with new conveniences. Comfortable furniture and arranged to afford the best views. Kitchen stocked with necessary equipment. Thanks so much for a great place to stay!

Sea Sparkle was lovely, well maintained and a beautiful property. Last year we stayed at a nearby property with the same owner and same manager and also had a similar great experience. The LL Bean linens, towels and rugs were superior. The weather was warm this trip so the three high quality fans that were provided with the house were much appreciated. The large picture windows in the kitchen and the primary bedroom were gorgeous and faced the water. This time we stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the beautiful views and the nearby walkable village of Port Clyde with its General Store, Squid Ink Coffee, The Red Barn, The Dip Net, Monhegan Boat Line and Village Ice Cream. The Marshall Point Lighthouse was also a short drive away.

Beautiful October week in Port Clyde

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the cottage. The house was so clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. There is very little traffic on the road and the view of sunrises and sunsets was amazing. We enjoyed the quiet. If you like stargazing, the outdoor seating is perfect for taking in the Milky Way. It is easy to walk to town for a meal or supplies. Nearby are many hiking trails and other places to visit. I would go again.
