Amplia y nueva casa de playa en la segunda fila con vista al mar y estanque de peces en frente

Mellow Yellow es una hermosa y nueva casa de playa en la segunda fila completada en la primavera de 2018. La propiedad está ubicada en la subdivisión de Sandcastle, ideal para familias. La casa tiene 2 niveles con una suite principal king, baño completo y balcón privado ubicado arriba. Los dos baños completos restantes y cuatro habitaciones se encuentran en la planta principal, tres habitaciones con camas king size y una habitación con literas (6 camas individuales y una cama doble). También hay una cuna portátil Pac n Go para sus pequeños. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y la sala de estar cuenta con TV ultra HD de 55 "con altavoces de sonido envolvente. House también cuenta con Internet de alta velocidad, cajas Roku (o televisores Roku) en todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar, y DirecTV con paquete deportivo. Amplia sala de estar / cocina / comedor con hermosas vistas a la playa. La cocina cuenta con estufa a gas con doble horno, isla grande con cuatro taburetes para asientos adicionales. La casa cuenta con una gran terraza parcialmente cubierta con fácil acceso a pie o carrito de golf a la playa, con un pequeño estanque de peces en el patio trasero. (Se permite la pesca, solo captura y suelta, por favor). En el patio inferior hay dos columpios, dos mesas de picnic, parrilla de carbón y una ducha para limpiar y relajarse después de usar la playa.

Best place for large family group!

We loved our time at Mellow Yellow. Everything was just as pictured and described. The room spaces allowed us to spread out. The walk to to beach was short. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and turtles in the pond.

Prefect Family Getaway

This is our second stay at Mellow Yellow. It’s a beautiful and spacious home that is welcoming and convenient. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocking with everything you need from home.

Amazing Place!

Mellow Yellow was an awesome place to stay for vacation! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Amazing views, upstairs and downstairs with the small pond. Beds are super comfy. Loved the little bridge in the community for beach access. All around great place and will be coming back!

Fun fall family frolic on the beach

Marvelous Mother’s Day Weekend!

We LOVED Mello Yellow! Home was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy, well stocked in kitchen, downstairs and yard were wonderful! Beds very comfy, house stayed cool and comfortable! Our family had a great weekend and we will be back!!!

Wonderful Property

We came with a big extended family group in order to have a memorial for my grandma. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the AC worked well! The kitchen was stocked with things to make cooking at the house a breeze. It is a short walk to a very nice beach and close to a atore with all your needs. It’s located on the more quiet part of town, we enjoyed it! We highly recommend and will hopefully return for a longer trip!

Annual Crystal Beach Trip

This is the best house we have rented in many years of coming to Crystal Beach with our large family and friends group. The layout is perfect, the kitchen is large and great to eat, play games, and gather in. Very close to the beach, we had no trouble getting our golf cart out there and back. Everything was clean and organized well. We didn’t need for anything the whole time we were there. My son loved the porch swing! The owner was great at communicating check in process. We could not have asked for more! Thank you so much for renting your home to us!

Mellow Yellow Perfect Family Rentals

Great location close to beach. Clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of towels and beach toys. Even provided plenty of trash bags and dish washer detergent, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Even in the outdoor shower and very very responsive. 2nd time we’ve rented this house. Loved it.

BEST VRBO EVER

This house was the best VRBO we ever rented. 6 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. It was clean. It was well supplied. It was close walk to the beach. Property Manager very quick to respond. It had EVERYTHING. If you want a great house for a fun family vacation, pick this one. I hope to rent again in the future FOR SURE.

Family Vacay

Our group consisted of 8 adults, a 3 year old and an infant. We have stayed at a different home the last 3 years, but with the addition of the new baby, we had outgrown our former home away from home and had to find a new place. The house was better than advertised. Nice large dining table for everyone to eat together, kid friendly, nice large pantry to store a week's worth of food, short walk to beach, responsive owner/manager, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, and the list goes on. If you're looking for it, this place has it!

Excellent beach house

This place is gorgeous. The amenities are all upgraded. The property manager was easy to work with and very understanding. She left detailed instructions that were clear. This place sleeps 16 and we only had 9 guest so we have a lot of room to move around. The view in the morning is so beautiful. This is a place to come back to. We all enjoyed it. Family getaway

Loved our stay at the Mellow Yellow Beach House! Walking bridge over the dunes was nice but would have loved vehicle access. The house was beautiful just like the pictures. Lots of dinning space, showers, and little extras that we enjoyed. Brandy’s blanket was a big hit among all the girls! Plenty of patio room with lots of seating for those quiet mornings with coffee or moon gazing at night. Loved the safety gate at the top of the stairs, the booster seat, and pack and play for our youngest granddaughter. Pirate ship bunkbed was a hit for our grandsons. Something for everyone. This place was perfect. Oh, and the ducks and turtles were entertaining in the inlet. Thank you so much for the hospitality! You’re home is beautiful!

Great times at Mello Yellow!

From the instant we booked, all the way through the checkout process was amazing. Our stay, the renter and the house were all fantastic. Super clean house. Super friendly renter. Great location. All with a price that couldn’t be beat. Thank you so much again for everything. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Family getaway

We needed some good ole fun family time and found the perfect place!!! The house was spacious, clean and plenty of bedrooms for all the family! The outdoor spaces provided plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. The views were so pretty and the beach was very clean! There was one little hiccup and that was that it was a little warm in the living area and bedrooms at night. But when we left the a/c people were there to check it out. We were all very disappointed that we didn’t book the cabin longer!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Much needed relaxation

Everything you need is there. Linens , beach towels , beach chairs , 2 minute golf cart ride to beach , see the beach every morning when you wake up. No beach noise( other people) from your deck, just the sound of the waves. No need to take anything besides drinks to beach. Just go back home and eat then back to beach. Outdoor shower was wonderful! We all used it , instead of the indoor showers on beach days. You will not regret renting this property!
