L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel mais la cuisine mériterait d’être rénovée car elle n’est pas pratique. L’appartement est présenté pour 4 personnes… Du coup les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas adaptés : poêles, essoreuse à salade,

Matelas trop ferme
Situé dans un immeuble de bon standing et bénéficiant d’une vue panoramique sur la baie de Pornichet – La Baule, cet appartement présente de beaux volumes (60m² pour deux pièces !); décoré, meublé et équipé avec goût et des éléments modernes de bonne facture, il dispose également d’un box privatif, très appréciable (voire indispensable selon la saison) sur le front de mer de cette station. Le balcon, dont nous avons pu largement profiter en ce début décembre clément, est également de belle taille. La literie est bien ferme et l’appartement bien insonorisé. Pour résumer, une magnifique location pour un excellent séjour.

l'acceuil de la conciergerie (merci Lorraine) l'appartement la vue.
mettre à disposition le code d'entrée de la porte principale ( fait suite à sms de demande) et le nom pour la porte intérieur : à défaut de l'un des deux obligation de se déplacer à l'entrée pour ouvir aux amis ...

Avant l'arrivée, expliquer par où accéder à l'immeuble en fonction des travaux
Emplacement très bien situé avec vue sur la mer. Petit inconvénient, des travaux sont en cours sur la place en face de la résidence, mais aucun bruit durant notre séjour puisque nous avons séjournés durant les jours fériés et par conséquent les ouvriers ne travaillaient pas.
D'un manière générale, la résidence était calme.
Les photos sont conformes à la réalité.
Pour le véhicule il y a des box sous la résidence ce qui est appréciable pour éviter de chercher une place en ville car c'est un peu compliqué. Par contre pour les grands voitures c'est très juste pour se garer. Bien se renseigner en amont pour la dimension du box tant en longueur qu'en hauteur pour ceux qui ont des véhicules plus haut.
Nous avons été bien accueillis par la personne de la conciergerie.
Prévoir des effets de toilette car nous avons payé une option pour 6 jours et pour un couple, et j'ai trouvé que cela faisait un peu juste pour 5 serviettes. Petit conseil, prévoir des serviettes supplémentaires et des gants de toilette non fournis.
Un avantage, il y a un petit commerce d'épicerie à proximité pour dépannage et des restaurants de plage. Un restaurant très sympathique "Grain de Folie" au niveau du 150 Bd des Océanides. Très bon accueil, le serveur et le patron sont vraiment très agréables. Ils nous ont laissé une très bonne impression.

Le stationnement étant compliqué
nous avons apprécié le garage sous
la résidence
Une lampe supplémentaire serait utile dans le séjour ( il faut aller dans l'entrée pour trouver les interupteurs ),lampe qui pourrait être sur le petit vaisselier
