This modern and new furnished holiday home Anamaria is located in a quiet residential area Novo Naselje, only 10 minutes walk from the beach Brulo and at 800 m from the old town of Porec.
The terraced house was completely renovated in 2016 and is located on its own 200 m² of land with a beautiful garden with barbecue walls and garden furniture. Parking is private and covered for 2 cars. In separate buildings on the property is still a holiday apartment for 2-4 people.
The house can accommodate 6-7 people and is located on 100m2 large area, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture, and bathroom with shower / WC. On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with balcony, and the bathroom with shower / WC. Air conditioning and wireless Internet are available and included in the price.

Tolles Apartment in ruhiger Lage.
Ruhige Lage, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss nach Porec Altstadt. Je nach Wärme kann man draussen Frühstücken, Schatten oder Sonne, beides möglich. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen wären nötig, Wasserhahn und Dusche im oberen Bad. Sonst Tip Top. Ein Tipp an den Vermieter, Weingläser wären schön.
