Bel appartement bien placé mais bruyant

L’appartement était très confortable, agréable, propre mais bruyant le soir car placé dans une rue commerçante avec un restaurant en bas qui diffuse de la musique jusqu’à 1h du matin. Il manquait quelques équipements de base : mug, économe, décapsuleur, micro onde, bouilloire électrique, consignes pour les ordures et wifi. Le jacuzzi annoncé était inutilisable car l’eau avait tourné et était verte et pleine de moisissures. Nous avons passé notre première après-midi à le vider entièrement et le nettoyer à fond pour pouvoir en profiter par la suite. La propriétaire ne parlant que l’italien, cela rend la communication délicate. Impossible de lui demander des informations. C’est dommage car l’appartement a pleins d’autres atouts : proche de Pise, Vinci, Lucques, Florence et Sienne, belle terrasse avec le jacuzzi quand il est propre, spacieux et confortable pour deux personnes.

Akzeptable Unterkunft mit schöner Dachterasse und sehr schlechtem Service/Kommunikation

Die Vermieterin hat über eine Woche nicht geantwortet, erst als wir mehrmals beim fewo kundenservice angerufen haben kam irgendwann eine Nachricht. Wir erfuhren dass der Whirlpool kaputt sei und erst nächste Woche repariert wird. Auf unsere Frage nach dem WLAN/Passwort bekamen wir bis heute keine Antwort und mussten unsere (Gottseidank nur) eine Nacht verbringen. Der Eingang ist ok, nur 3 Stockwerke mit 2x 23kg Koffer ist ultra anstrengend. Die Wohung an sich ist nicht verkehrt, Bad war recht alt und ein bisschen dreckig(was man nur sieht wenn man 1,90 ist). Herdplatte war sehr klein, heißt man hatte zwar 2 Flächen, aber konnte sie nicht zeitgleich nutzen. Klima ist im Wohnbereich sehr gut, oben am Hauptbett kommt die frische Luft nicht an. Die Dachterasse ist tatsächlich das Highlight, schöne Aussicht, nette Stühle und halt ein kaputter Whirlpool. Es hätte schön sein können, war es aber nicht. Bei dieser unfreundlichen und unzuverlässigen Vermieterin würde ich nicht buchen.
