This cozy apartment located in Puerto de Pollensa has a capacity for two people and is completely renovated with a modern style. It has an excellent location, a few meters from the beach and the promenade with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and the marina.



The building has separate entrances to the apartment block and the pool area, with space for sunbathing and sun loungers. The kitchen is integrated into a living room with large windows with access to the terrace, ideal for breakfast. A large amount of natural light makes the apartment a very bright and comfortable space.

Cycling Holiday March 2024

We rented the apartment for one week at the end of March 2024 for a cycling holiday in the area. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay, including a washing machine which was invaluable for washing our kit after a long day. The apartment was about 100m from where we rented our bikes from and another 100m from a great bar as well as being 5 minutes walk from the supermarket so it's in a great location, more towards the quieter end of Pollensa from where the majority of the busy restaurants were which was ideal for us and beachwise it's about 150m away and again quieter and away from the family end, again ideal for us. In summary this was an ideal location, the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy and well presented for when we arrived.

Little flat in perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at this little flat. We had one problem at the beginning but the agency solved it for us. The location is near the cute promenade and beach and we had everything we needed there. We’d recommend it.
