Cal Beato has recently been restored with the aim of becoming a special holiday home, with a unique location a short distance from the old town of Pollensa. Surrounded by beautiful gardens with a private pool and attractive outdoor dining areas, Cal Beato welcomes its guests in elegant interiors capable of easily accommodating up to 8 people in 4 spacious rooms.



Large gates open on the driveway and lead to the villa. The main door opens to an open-plan living/dining room with cream sofas, an elegant dining table, chairs and an American-style fitted kitchen. Large windows open to a huge covered terrace, overlooking the pool with its wide Roman steps. Outside the living/dining room there is a double bedroom with a full bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with a double bedroom and a double bedroom with a window overlooking the gardens. These rooms share a family bathroom with shower. The villa's decoration is elegant and the fittings and accessories are of excellent quality.



The private swimming pool of generous dimensions is surrounded by lawn and has established hibiscus trees nearby, along with Mediterranean shrubs and flowers. Next to the pool area, there is a magnificent covered barbecue terrace, ideal for entertaining around the pool and gardens while enjoying an outdoor dinner. The views from the pool area, with the Tramuntana Sierra in the background, are impressive and relaxing at the same time: perfect for long hours of rest under the warm Mallorcan sun.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
