This house is divided into 2 independent spaces. One where my wife and I live and the rental space. Both sides are divided by a door, which is secured by a padlock from the guest side and 2 locks from the other side.
The rental living area consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom, 1 living room area with small fridge/freezer, microwave/air fryer and coffee maker, 4 plates, 4 cups. Parking is available on the concrete driveway in front of garage door.
