Set in a peaceful agricultural area with olive and almond groves, the house enjoys lovely sea and mountain vistas — the perfect place to relax and unwind in one of Cyprus’s most beautiful regions.
The Home
You enter through a private gate into a front garden with a shaded dining area, ideal for al fresco meals and evening relaxation. Inside, the bright open-plan living and dining area features comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a large Smart TV with international channels and Netflix. Fast free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a double oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials.
Double sliding doors open onto a covered patio and sun terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool and gardens. Upstairs, the spacious landing offers beautiful views and leads to a large furnished balcony and rooftop terrace with spectacular sunset views over Akams Peninsula.
There are two comfortable bedrooms:
A super-king bedroom with sea views, air conditioning, fly screens, and a ceiling fan.
A double bedroom with both pool and sea views, air conditioning, and fly screens.
