My Experience

My experience started off rocky, and ended worse. It took about a hour of waiting and miscommunication to get into the house. As well as the manager supposedly sending maintenance to fix a breaker that tripped, but did not. Things in the house were broken uppon arrival. I also got threatened with a 1200$ extra guest fee that was not communicated when I booked my event. The house was clean when we got there and they had lots of things for kids, and a really nice black jack table, those were about the only positive things. If you plan on staying here in the future I hope there communications get much better, and you don't have a lot of guest.

Very disappointed

We thought we were at the wrong place. The yard not mowed in a month. They only mow once a month the walkways had grass and weeds growing all over them. We got our pups out of the car concerned about them but the had to potty. We traveled with 2 mini schnauzer's and 2 standard poodles. We entered the home, instantly noticed the home had an odor. The pictures are deceiving of this property. I wish I could attach photos for you. We walked through the home in need of cleaning. The mattresses, unprotected, the tubs needed cleaning, no products were in the bathroom for cleaning. The shower door was missing, they had a makeshift curtain that was about 8 or so inches to short, didn't pull closed all the way. The sofa that was not pictured on the website had an odor and stains on it, along with a few dead bugs. We looked out back to see the fenced yard. Instantly we messaged the host, no way we were unloading and staying here this Easter weekend! Our host said, " well it is a ranch" they mow once a month, not due til Monday. After calling customer service I was asked to wait until they spoke to the host to see what could be done. We work all the time and we just wanted to spend time outdoors playing with pups, destressing. The host texted, would have the professional cleaning and mower come Saturday and I could show them what was dirty. They would only mow fenced back yard. Nothing else. Almost 2k and we had to leave. No refund, was told partial. Be cautious.
