Situated on a hill overlooking the sea and the small town of Stobrec is this urban villa. The vacation home was built with high quality materials. The spacious interior with designer pieces will delight you. The house extends in terraces over three floors. The main entrance and garage are on the top floor. A beautiful stone staircase dominates and connects all parts. You even have two spacious kitchens and two living rooms at your disposal. The technical equipment in the house is excellent. Upstairs is the largest terrace and on the first floor is another barbecue terrace with garden furniture. A few stairs divide you from the pool terrace and the garden. Nearby, in Stobrec and Podstrana, you can find beautiful pebble beaches.

The house has outstanding views of both the mountains and the city! Its a bit outside the city but thats what we were looking for! We loved it!

Huset er fantastisk, men beliggenheden er dårlig. Ud over poolen er det ikke et børnevenligt område. Hvis man ikke har en bil, er det hård kost da der er MEGET kuperet.
