It is within a stones throw from the thriving, entertaining and trendy Royal William Yard with its restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. It is also only 15 minutes walk to the city centre and Plymouth
The Space: Completely restored clean, modern duplex apartment with contemporary living, dining and kitchen area's with stunning harbour and water views. The living area offers 2 sofas to relax, a single bucket chair, 40 inch flat screen TV, free WiFi and wooden floor.
The dining area is a modern bar table with stool seating for 4 guests. The kitchen benefits from brand new appliances throughout including fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven, hob plus cooking utensils.
The main bedroom has carpet throughout and a comfy double bed, bedside tables, lamps, hanging and chest space. The modern bathroom with bath and shower and WC complete the layout on this floor.
A short flight of carpeted stairs takes you to the top floor and second bedroom with 2 single beds, velux windows & blinds, bedside tables, lamps, sofa / settee and hanging space.
The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor if entering via the front door on Durnford Street and 4th and 5th floor if using the free car parking and entrance at the rear and off Cremyll Street.
For your entertainment and in addition to the TV and WiFi we have added books, jigsaws and games for our guests to enjoy. The Royal William Yard, which is extremely close is famous for its restaurants including Las Iguanas, Le Bistrot Pierre, Le Vignoble, Prezzo, River Cottage, Seco Lounge and Wagamama.

A great apartment and close to everything. The only issue was the single glazed window in bottom floor bedroom allows too much street noise. Loft bedroom was good though.
