This one, located in the town of Plouhinec, offers a superb panoramic view over the bay of Audierne and the beautiful beaches of Plouhinec.
It is located 10 minutes walk from Kersiny beach.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes, bestens ausgestattetes Hausmit bretonischem Flair. Wir haben uns dort außerordentlich wohlgefühlt und die vielen nahegelegenen Besuchsmöglichkeiten (Pointe du Raz, Locronon, Quimper, Pont Aven etc.) und die Umgebung von Audierne sehr genossen. Der Besitzer und Francois waren beide sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Wundervolle Tage in Plouhinec

Wir haben jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes genossen. Das Haus liegt genau wie beschrieben und hat aus dem Garten sowie allen Zimmern einen großartigen Blick aufs Meer. Es war für uns vier sehr geräumig, die Aufteilung und Gestaltung der Zimmer praktisch und schön zugleich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der gemauerte Grill, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Von dem Ferienort aus sind viele tolle Ziele gut erreichbar, ganz in der Nähe der Strand von Gwendrez oder auch Audierne und Pont-Croix. Aber auch die Ile de Sein, die Pointe du Raz und Pointe du Van, die Crozon-Halbinsel, der Phare d’Eckmühl, Brest, Quimper oder Concarneau, um nur einige zu nennen. Die Kommunikation mit Didier war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, und wir wurden im Haus von Francois herzlich empfangen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit in Plouhinec - vielen Dank!

Fantastisches Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Haus in der Bretagne war einfach wunderbar! Die Lage direkt am Meer bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die Terrasse und den großen Garten genossen. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Aktivitäten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt; man hat von der Terrasse und aus den Fenstern (selbst im Erdgeschoss) einen Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Es ist auch sehr ruhig gelegen; kein Durchgangsverkehr. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir können dieses Objekt weiterempfehlen.

Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in den Ferienhaus in Plouhinec verbracht. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Freund des Vermieters, Francois wohnt vor Ort in fünf Minuten Entfernung und hat die vorhandenen Probleme mit der Waschmaschine und dem defekten Sonnenschirm gelöst. Wir wurden also vor Ort sehr gut und freundlich betreut. Das Haus ist gut gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt viele Strände vor Ort, die man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto schnell erreichen kann. Der perfekte Strand in der Nähe war der Plage de Mersperleuc (nur 5 min mit dem Auto). Aber auch die Nähe zu Audierne ist perfekt!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervollem Blick auf den Atlantik und die Bucht von Audierne. Moderne und saubere Küchengeräte und Badezimmer. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang sowie Verabschiedung durch den ortsansässigen Freund der Familie. Vollkommen unkomplizierte Kommunikation ( auch in Englisch ) mit dem Eigentümer. Man fühlt sich in allen Belangen rundum gut betreut. Gerne immer wieder, empfehlenswert.

Sehr gut ausgestattet und tolle Lage. Ein großartiger Blick auf das Meer, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren, wenige Minuten zum Strand. Bäcker und Carrefour in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Großer Garten! In Plouhinec und auch Audierne gibt es einige sehr nette Restaurants. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und pünktlich von einem Freund des Vermieters empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne neue Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, auch ein zweiter Kühlschrank plus Gefrierfächer war vorhanden. Elektroheizkörper sind vorhanden, haben wir glücklicherweise nicht gebraucht. Sehr gute Matratzen, Bettdecken, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, alles in guter Qualität vorhanden. Einzig die Küchenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut okay. Toller großer Tisch mit reichlich Platz! Internet hat einwandfrei funktioniert, selbst der Empfang deutscher Fernsehprogramme war dank Satellitenschüssel möglich. Alles in allem ein großartiges Haus! Auch sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter .

Sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem sehr geräumigen und sauberen Haus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Ganz in der Nähe findet man zwei tolle Strände, die auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt waren. In Audierne kann man sehr gut Einkaufen und essen gehen, auch der tägliche Markt ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von Didier und seiner Familie begrüßt! Wir haben jeden Tag unserer Ferien genossen und können das Haus empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, die aber charmant gelöst wurden, haben wir einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden und alle Geräte funktionierten. Unser Bett/ Matratze war gut. Die Zimmer mir Schränken und Stauraum ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum war gemütlich und an kühlen Abenden konnten wir den Kamin nutzen. Auch die Elektroheizung hat uns abends auch gute Dienste erwiesen. Der tolle Blick über den Atlantik war das high light. Ab wohl es schon Mitte September etwas kühler wurde haben wir oft und gerne draußen gefrühstückt oder Abend gegessen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer möglich und sehr freundlich. Auch unsere Nachbarn haben sich als Glücksfall erwiesen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Objekt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus mit tollem Ausblickmit unseren drei Kindern drei erholsame Wochen bei bestem Wetter verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter vor Ort war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Das Haus selber ist schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und auch in ausreichender Anzahl inkl. guter Kaffeemaschine. Plouhinec selbst hat sehr schönen Strand und ist nicht überlaufen - perfekt! Wir fänden es noch besser, wenn künftig Bettwäsche und Handtücher standardmäßig mitgebucht werden könnten. Der Hinweis auf die buchbare Endreinigung hatte im Angebot gefehlt (ist vielleicht inzwischen aktualisiert) wir hatten daher angenommen, diese sei inklusive. Das konnten wir aber problemlos lösen. Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! 1 Woche Sonnenschein und blauer Himmel - ein herrlicher Blick über die Küste, Meeresrauschen inklusive, nur wenige Fußminuten zum Strand. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr gut, Fahrräder standen ebenso zur Verfügung -alles weit überdurchschnittlich und so, wie wir es bisher aus keinem anderen Ferienhaus kannten. Der Empfang durch Francois mit Willkommensgeschenken aus der Region war überaus herzlich - er steht immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Die Korrespondenz vorab mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich und sehr angenehm. Dieses Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Didier und Sophiane für den Aufenthalt an diesem wunderbaren Ort!

Herzlichen Dank Didier und Sophiane! Es war uns eine Freude in eurem wunderbaren Haus zwei herrliche Wochen verbringen zu können. Der Anfang lief zwar etwas holprig doch, die Art und Weise wie mit den Problemen umgegangen wurde, war sehr professionell. Es wurden immer Lösungen angestrebt und gefunden, das hat mir gefallen. Euch war nichts zuviel und es hat sich ein sehr schöner Kontakt entwickelt. Schön, dass wir in Englisch kommunizieren konnten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, die Betten sind sehr gut und komfortabel. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für den Winter. Es ist sehr gut isoliert und das zur Verfügung gestellt Holz war ausreichend und für 50,00 EUR angemessen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Begrüßung durch Francois war sehr herzlichen und er war immer sehr hilfsbereit - merci beaucoup! Auch die Willkommensgeschenke lassen das Gefühl entstehen - hier bin ich willkommen. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, uns gut erholt und können uns sehr gut vorstellen euer Haus wieder einmal zu buchen.
