Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Un appartement spacieux, bien décoré et équipé. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage, de quelques commerces de proximité et d'un grand parking. L'accès en toute autonomie est vraiment pratique et l'agence qui gère ce bien est très réactive et arrangeante.

très bon séjour de 7 jours, la situation de l'appartement dans le village est idéal : proximité avec tout, la plage, les commerces. Parking gratuit juste à côté, au Casino de Pléneuf. Appartement très joliment décoré, literie impeccable, cuisine complète avec four, four micro onde, quatre plaques vitrocérame, congélateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Tout confort. On peut vider sa valise et ranger ses affaires, il y a des cintres et de la place. Réactivité de l'agence Cocoonr : on avait un problème de machine à café, un très gentil technicien est venu rapidement nous dépanner. Par contre les clés sont à retirer au village d'à côté, pas très loin, mais il faut quand même une voiture. Je recommande cet appartement et reviendrai avec plaisir.
