The food was delicious! The entertainment was nightly and engaging! The staff was very friendly. Overall this place was very nice and had shops within walking distance. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star rating is because there isn’t a full beach access that you can lay out on daily. The property is on a waterfront, but there isn’t a beach, lots of fishing boats tho. Another thing is there aren’t any drawers/ storage is the bedrooms.

the property was beautiful, check in was a mess but not Orbitz fault...the first part of trip was through another travel agent. The second part of trip was through Orbitz, the hotel did not receive payment for the first three days, and did not combine the reservations so we could stay in same beach front walk out room which was available the first three days, and they moved us to a master suite looking over the pools and ocean. The hotel did not have hot water for three days of our stay. But we were not the only travelers that this happened to, many were told their stay was not paid?? it was a mess The staff was amazing, staying calm through this, I have no desire to go back to Playa del Carmen

Amazing stay from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff truly stood out, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome at all times. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food and drinks were excellent with great variety, and the amenities made the whole experience feel luxurious and stress-free. Perfect adults-only getaway. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort!

Amazing stay! Wish the room service ran during the late hours latest was 11pm and the bar closed at 12am a few people mentioned it felt like a seniors place to stay and I agree. The crowd was a bit older crowd with a few younger people here and there.

Everything was great and the food was amazing! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, which truly made our stay special. One small suggestion would be to include more traditional Mexican music and offer washer and dryer access for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back. Beach was a bit rocky and very small on the side of the hotel. Tide was up so you couldn’t go use hammocks. The dinner restaurants need to step up a notch on the food. But overall a very enjoyable stay.

Where do I start. What a great hotel. Everyone was so welcoming. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great food, cold drinks. What more could you ask for. There is no beach to speak of but my wife and I aren’t really beach people anyhow. Can’t wait to come back. Keep up the great work.

No one could explain the parking. 3 different people told me 3 different things and none of them were actually correct so definitely figure that out on your own if you're renting a car. There's nowhere to rinse the sand off, they won't replace your sandy pool towels in the room, you'll have to go clear across the resort to exchange them while covered in sand. Asked for diet coke and water only but they kept putting beer in there even though I'm sober which is fine but i did ask 3 times and they are saving a bunch of money with me since i don't drink. Lol the quick bites was nice. Food was ok. I wouldn't stay there again. Recently stayed in cancun and isla mujeres and had great experiences at those resorts so was disappointed with this one.
