If you'd like to use the jacuzzi during your stay, please let us know in advance. We require one member of your group to be designated as the person responsible for operating it. We’ll provide clear instructions directly to that person. Please note, the jacuzzi system is delicate and must be handled carefully—improper use can easily damage the pump. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep it in great condition.

We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request your consideration regarding cancellations for our chef, housekeeper, and massage therapist for your rental home reservation. So, if you wish to cancel these services before 10 days prior to your arrival NO penalty will be incurred, but after that the penalty will be 100% charged.
For security purposes and our company's policy which owns CASA YOLO, outside, unapproved or independent service providers are NOT allowed on the premises. If traveler does not meet house rules, booking will be cancelled and traveler will not be eligible for a refund.
