We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it.

This is the perfect location for the guest that want to go to Cozumel and go out in Playa Del Carmen. The staff and amenities are outstanding! The cleanliness of the whole resort was perfect. Our room had excellent services. The food was spectacular. Couldn't ask for friendlier and helpful staff.
