The resort was right in the middle of downtown Playa and allowed for easy access to everything you would want. The rooms were a little dated but nice. The only item I would comment on is a need for external pest control. There are a lot of ants in the sand and on the balcony making it hard to enjoy the outdoor space. Overall, a better than average experience as maid service was provided daily.

This is my 3rd stay at the Playa Palms Beach Hotel. I love its boutique style, clean, ample sized rooms and its close proximity to the lively nightlife and restaurants but tucked away quietly on a "very" small beach. I also enjoyed having my daily breakfast, always delivered on time, on my private patio/balcony overlooking the ocean.

It was a small studio but had what was needed. Only thing missing was a towel bar by the kitchen sink for the tea towel. TV was not working but they got another one for us. My husband liked sitting at the beach and watching the fishing boats coming in with their catch.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t love about this Hotel! After I reserved my stay I realized that the night clubs were just around the corner on 12th and thought it would be loud at night, but you could not hear them at all!! All the people that work there are super friendly and helpful! Alfredo greats you with a big smile and makes sure your stay is the best it can be! The water pressure is very strong and the water is hot! The rooms are beautiful with an amazing deck with table and 3 chairs and a hammock! This will be my go-to hotel when I go to Playa. It’s so close to amazing restaurants and pubs with live music. It’s right on the beach with beach chairs! This place is a gem!

I’ve stayed at The Palms many times and it never disappoints. This boutique property is a gem. Staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Excellent location, EASY walk to "all the things" including 5th Avenue. All the rooms are great but I love falling asleep to the waves when staying in an ocean front room. Breakfast is always delivered on time and always delicious. My go-to spot for a relaxing stay-cation or romantic get-away.
